Here's some constructive feedback. The place is nice and quiet but that's because it's mostly devoid of patrons. They're possibly put off by the high price (for what you get), but that's actually a plus if you want a quiet place for your kids. I understand they try to justify the price with some seemingly amazing interactive activities but they're prone to malfunction and some of the equipment is broken (like the soccer yoo and the interactive table). The height requirement on that cycling/racing car track activity is ridiculous; kids who meet the requirement simply wouldn't be interested in the other playroom activities all that much. So what happens it just becomes an expensive standard playroom with two very meh activities (the running race one and the slap the weasel one) and an impressively-looking one (race car) unavailable. Staff are almost non existent or busy on their phones when they're around - probably looking for a new job no doubt! Would suggest: make the activities more inclusive (make up your mind which age segment you're targetting), maintain your equipment better, and it would be nice if adults are actually allowed to join in the activities with the kids (seriously for...
Read moreFor HK a rather large and well organized brand new indoor playground with plenty of interactive and virtual reality games.
Love the more old schools activities with a scramble course, indoor soccer or “formula too”. But the augmented reality games are also quite fun.
Still not overcrowded on a Sunday morning but that may change shortly.
Pricing is rather aggressive with 320 per kid on weekends and 250 on weekdays plus 30 for the socks. All that for a two hour slot which seems to be on the shorter end compared to other places.
Hint: bring food. F&B is a basically an ice cream stand and a tiny urban coffee roaster.
It’s also too heavily air conditioned so wearing a jacket is recommended. Also bring an extra pair of socks. The concrete floor is not isolated and just freezing cold. Funny that the staff wears slippers while everyone else is supposed to wear...
Read moreI like that this place is clean (generally) and the ball pit/playground area is diverting enough for awhile. Like others, I had problems with the staff before - told I could accompany with under 3 kid, but turned away when I arrived. Later, after my kid was older than 3, we came for a friend's bday party. Staff were not too helpful and started cleaning up the party room slightly before our time was up....also, the place is on the slightly spendier side, need to buy their 30 dollar socks for the kids and don't allow more than 1 adult with child unless you pay another 80 dollars. It's not the best deal. I'd say ok, but hampered by their own policies, vague/badly worded policies, bad...
