幸鮨屋SushiShiawase — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

It's late that evening. We only ordered a bowl of ramen and a dish of salmon roll. The pork slides on the ramen tasted very good. The salmon roll was ok. The seaweed around the rolls was still at normal texture and not wet/chewy. So, the food we ordered was good. But the air in the restaurant was very disappointing. It smells very oily, like doing deep frying next to us or sitting inside a kitchen. That also made us eat very quickly and leave the restaurant once we finished the food. If they can improve the air quality in the restaurant, I think it a good choice...

The sushi & hibachi dishes were good. This place gets the rice right (not too soft). The uni was sweet and delicious.

The tempura was a little underwhelming though, as were the gyōza.

The service was good, but I think they're a little understaffed. They probably need an extra worker to keep the tea refills flowing.

The draught Sapporo was perfect.

Great place the have lunch for a few hours. The sashimi and some other tuna foods. Unfortunately, there was no udon which was my all time favourite and the service was a bit slow because of lack of employees. I would definitely come here once in a while due to their amazing...
