Wonderland — Attraction in Hong Kong

Rating is for the venue itself, not the concert, just an fyi. We came to see Ne-Yo and loved every minute of it! The venue is definitely small, but knocked down a star because the entrance was really confusing, and crowd control needs to be improved here. Finding the entrance from Kowloon station (from Elements mall) was confusing and it looked like a sketchy corner, until we saw people holding up signs redirecting us to the concert. We were going through a dark and narrow path, but it was easy to follow the crowd. However, we were welcomed with a line that took us over 30 minutes to get through just to have them scan our tickets to get in even though we arrived at least half an hour earlier before the concert was going to start. Honestly there’s no point in having everyone go around the block when there should be more entrance options to control the crowd better. If you’re coming here especially for a concert, you have to arrive even earlier to avoid the long line just...

I saw Herbie Hancock perform here. AMAZING! I attended with my 14-year-old son. We both had a great time. The venue was packed, but it was relatively easy to get in and out, and we never felt the crowd, dangerous or difficult to manage. The staff were friendly and clear with rules and expectations for the concert . I would happily attend another concert...
