Best view, good food and great friendly service. This was a staycation leisure break for a couple without children and during the Covid-19 problems. The hotel was under occupied and so many restaurants and bars operate different hours than published on the website. Be ware of this when considering booking as even the reservations teams do not know of the closures! The location of the Ritz Carlton on the 102nd floor to 118th floor (top) of the ICC means that the views of Victoria Harbour,.Hong Kong Island and the western islands are probably the best in Hong Kong! The restaurants and lounge bar are on 102nd floor; which is above the Sky100 tourist attraction viewpoint. Entrance to the hotel is on the 9th floor that is accessible by car/taxi. Bags can be taken from here to your room. Check in is at 103rd floor by direct lift. There are 4 restaurants. Two are Michelin starred, plus the lounge and bar serves afternoon tea and a la carte food. There is also a cafe, which we didn't visit. Staff are attentive and helpful being quick to assist with luggage, directions etc. We stayed in the Deluxe Victoria Harbour Suite which includes access to the Club Lounge. These are corner rooms with views over 90° that include a small lounge with desk, TV and cushioned seating against the windows. The bedroom is basically the standard room which has a TV, cushioned seat against the window, deep bath and separate shower. Room service is available 24hrs a day. Club access is supposed to be on a dedicated floor with 24hr access. However, during our stay and the current reduced occupation due to Covid-19, the club area was a small cordoned off part of the lounge and bar. This, and the fact that many restaurants are not operating normal published opening times, was disappointing. THE HOTEL WEBSITE DOES NOT MENTION THE CLOSURE OF THE RESTAURANTS OR BARS OR THEIR NEW OPENING TIMES. I think this is a significant oversight. We were disappointed that we couldn't eat at some of the restaurants due to their closure. However, the club's less fussy food offering was adequate, and included in the club room price! Nevertheless, the hotel still tries to provide the full catering offer of the Club Lounge, with the addition of the Lounge and Bar menu as well as free flow drinks. Not ideal for business use, bit excellent for staycation tourists! The views from the Lounge and Bar are entertaining enough to ensure that you have no reason to move; all day if you wanted to! There is a spa on the 117th floor and a gym and indoor pool, with some outdoor access, on the 118th floor. We didn't spend much time in the room, preferring the club area of the Lounge and Bar and the served tea/coffee and food. We were disappointed that some of the things we wanted to do at the hotel that are advertised on their website were unavailable. But this initial disappointment was soon forgotten by the increased offering of free wine, champagne and evening meal options. The hotel advertises kids specific bonuses in the rooms. However, there is really not much else in the hotel that would be interesting to children. The children's menu would not have appealed to our children with western tastes! Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I'm very impressive here. All staff very nice and appreciate to help us. We got many kids in our trip and they take care them with a cute snack and the Ritz's lion bag including the art kits. Our kids very enjoy. About the panorama view here is very superb, even I choose the deluxe suit I think it's worth to relax and have a nice date here. Ahhh,, I almost forget to talk about the restroom. It's very Grand with the bath tub and their television. They provide the soap and the spa salt but I think it should be better if they have a bubble soap. I think their soap is not a good taste. It should be sweet smell more. However, the shower set in the shower room is fine . Another comment is about the toilet ,, they have tissue paper but I didn't have a bin. I don't know why. It's outside the toilet so when we done we have to left it outside the toilet. I think some people might be left inside closet or they don't have any problem about that . Just a little problem ,, The overall of the Ritz-Carlton HK is very nice to spend time and worthy @papercrafter.th .

Let me start off with saying this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, rooms, food, everything was beyond great. Service: The service here was great, although there were some mess ups with the food, they did not charge us for the food because of the time it took to prepare. Another great example is when I was in the spacious swimming pool, I ripped my nail and they helped me a lot with bandages and were very caring. I have never seen such good service. Rooms: Let's start off with the view, on the tallest hotel in the world, and tallest building in Hong Kong, the108th floor view was spectacular. I have never seen something like this, with the view we could see the whole city from a room. The view was definitely my highlight of the trip. Location: The location is good, not awesome, right below the hotel is a shopping mall with luxury brands for example, DIOR and GUCCI along with a train station, but Hong Kong island is far from mainland, and mainland has more restaurants and shops than the Island, I must say that the view of the mainland from the Island is awesome but it is no so convenient taking cars/trains/boats to the mainland. Additional: This hotel was definitely one of the best stays, everyday room service would give us some type of pastry, the first day was a small cake, the second were some cookies and chocolate, the third was a chocolate mousse. Another nice thing was the hotel car, the hotel had many choices of cars to take especially luxury car brands such as, RollsRoyce, McLaren and so on. Finally, one of the best things were that the hotel gave out chocolate to the kids everyday on the week of easter, I am assuming they do the same on other holidays as well. Overall this hotel is highly recommended and hope you guys stay there as well.

First time i feel obliged to post a raving review of my stay. But i really have to compliment the crew that made our short 3 days stay feel so special. I was there with my wife and 3 year old child, just trying to do some covid revenge travel and opted for the suite. Oh My was the best decision to do that. In every area, it exceeded my expectations.

Rooms - were beautiful and comfy. i gotten the victoria harbor suite, best views of Victoria Harbour from Level 110, Apple TV support, nice layouts, weirdly advance bidet, nice working desk. Really comfy beds. Water pressure is just ok, could have been better, stronger.

Gym was well equipped with lots of strength and cardio machines and free weights, i had only manage to access it twice after its manned hours, but availability past closing hour was a big plus, because thats apparently not too common in Hongkong in the past 2 hotels i was in. The pool also on the same floor Level 118 in touted as the highest pool in the world, would be something i wished i went to, but just didnt find time.

Food was super. I had dine in the inhouse restaurants on past trips and i don't think need additional reviews on the culinary aspects. But club lounge and breakfast bar, its my first time. I met a Singaporean Chef Kael Lim, he recognised my accent and came to introduce himself and kindly help us whipped up some singaporean dishes, like Laksa and Mee Goreng. The taste is beyond what i am even used to in Singapore. He humbly mentioned "hawker" food, but i think there was so much additional flavours, e.g. i can taste great dried shrimp umami and the hint of the fermented bean. Superb interpretation of our regular Singaporean dishes.

Availability of the club car was a big plus, we were able to schedule rides to anywhere in Kowloon where we were ferried in the EV, merc EQS. The drivers are very attentive and were very considerate driving really light footed with a child in the car despite the really bad morning traffic.

Club Experience was great, all the service staff were very attentive, hospitable and accommodating. We had so many countless ridiculous requests that were always being met with. The attention they provided to my kid was beyond as well, showering him with kids surprises and gifts to make the stay so much more special for him.

Aside from the great service, I would like to compliment Club Staff Chilly Tang on her fast actions and advice on an unfortunate thing that happened. So the story was that i arrived at the hotel in an Uber which i apparently dropped my wallet in. I was about to complete my check-in in the club lounge after a glass of champagne 🥂 and high tea, when I realised my wallet was missing, she quickly got security to review any footage arrange to make a police report and handled that efficiently. I actually managed to get my wallet intact within the day. Totally unexpected from responsibility standpoint, this was truly above and beyond. I thank the whole crew too for helping manage the logistics that day!

Everyday the people at the entire hotel never fail to make us feel special. Thank you to the staff and all (especially Chilly) for giving us your love and attention to make this my best trip to Hong Kong.

Recommendations, Ritz Carlton Hong kong is the best stay, remember to get with club options, the best...

To sum up the stay in 2 words – beyond perfect.

It is without a doubt that RCHK has the highest service standards – Every single individual we met were sincere and attentive, every single details were taken care of.

The planning of our stay started a few months prior, where we spoke to the wonderful sales team – Maggie & Kelly.

A week prior to our arrival, we were linked up with Gilda from Guest Relations Team. She welcomed us on arrival at the hotel, all ready while we are still in the hotel's limousine – check in was done in room and we had a pleasant surprise by all the efforts taken to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the hotel, the preparations and amenities offered for our young toddler – Amazing! Gilda remained the point of contact during our stay and has done whatever best to make us comfortable.

Throughout our stay, we were well recognised by most of the hotel staff – we were greeted by name everyday when we set foot at L103 & L9 , I must also mentioned that everything happens like a clockwork –

We mentioned that we were going to Tung Ching while at L103, at L9 we were met with the Amabassador Mr Joe all ready to get us a taxi for our journey. We were happy to have met Joe many times during our stay. When we return to the hotel, sometimes we have the lobby manager already anticipating our arrival at L103, other times we have amenities or a phone call just a minute or two after we arrive back at our hotel room.

Things happen like magic at the RC HK. At the hotel, one would be well taken care of – if there was any issues, not only does the duty manager kick starts the remedy. Expect also to hear from guest relations. Multiple departments that seem to have only 1 aim – to make guests happy – and we surely were more than happy.

During our stay, I had received many name cards from individuals we interacted with, many gave us lasting impressions and it is one time I had problem remembering so many times – because you don’t normally get that in other hotels, you get one or two remarkable staff – in RC HK almost everybody is remarkable.

We would like to mention – Best (GRS) , Sophy (GRM) , Ying (HK) , Barry (DM) , Sally (Dining) and many others (which I didn’t manage to get the names) who took excellent care of us during the stay.

This would also not have been possible without the help of Mr Anas , Mr Charles and more.

I look forward to coming back to the RC HK, and the stay surely has made the brand name an essential hotel and a must stay where available in the country we are travelling to.

Thank you Ritz Carlton Hong Kong - Stay...
