Shin Kong Place - an upscale shopping mall. The basement food court has a big selection of cheaper restaurants, while the upper levels have more expensive upscale places. Din Tai Fung is the crown restaurant, part of a Michelin Star chain of Taiwanese restaurants; think the best Chinese dishes you've ever had and modern twists (like French truffle dumplings) that will delight your tastebuds but maybe break...
