Affordable ticket price, good space - however: far too much of the gallery was taken up with videos; the videos can be put on YouTube where they will (due to their mediocrity and pretentiousness) not get many views.
This art gallery had no installations; in my opinion modern art galleries should adapt to the internet age by focusing on installation works, artistic objects, and sculptures. Images and videos can be viewed online - it is logical for modern art galleries to focus on installations, artistic objects and sculptures as a result.
Moreover, what little actual art was in this gallery was almost entirely with reference to topical socially-sanctioned political issues and the "breaking" of faux-taboos. There is more to modern art than endlessly exploring LGBTQ+ issues and there is more to modern art than politics; this is just another modern art gallery in an ocean of modern art galleries exploring this same boring and tired political issues - and such places are visited almost entirely by young people to who are basically already in favour of such political views and support LGBTQ+ (as I do) - which makes the usefulness of such efforts questionable.
I like art that inspires new thinking, new ideas, explores the human condition, and really pushes the boundaries of human experience, sanity, and cognitive taboo. On that front, this museum's art selection did nothing for me. Show me something that is...
Read moreThis was unquestionably the saddest museum we have visited in the last five years, if not longer. The exhibits appear to be rotating exhibits so this may change with time but never have we walked in and out of a museum, free or paid, in such a short amount of time. There was virtually nothing memorable about the exhibits. There was no information provided, by the receptionists, in writing or otherwise, other than the sparse information describing the visually unimaginative and utterly y compelling exhibits, of which there were exactly three. Even the architecture is about as uninteresting as I remember in any museum I’ve visited in recent history. Only the exterior provided a few elements of interest, some possibly even unintentional. It’s sad that there is any charge at all for such a sad waste of space. (Please note that I have probably only ever rated one other place with only one star. This museum deserves none, in...

It offers a thoughtfully curated collection that showcases a wide range of innovative and thought-provoking works by both emerging and established artists. The museum’s design and atmosphere are equally impressive, providing a calm and contemplative environment that enhances the overall experience. Whether you are a seasoned art lover or simply curious about the evolving world of modern art, visiting this museum will leave you with a deeper appreciation and fresh inspiration. I highly recommend making the time to explore what this exceptional institution...
