This market is celebrated as one of the top culinary stops for many local chefs, reflecting its importance in Bogotá’s food scene. However one needs to be aware of your reason for visiting! Are you there to buy produce or eat something local in their restaurant area.

Inside, you'll find an array of kitchen stalls that, while basic, are hygienic and offer excellent home cooking. These are complemented by traditional fruit and vegetable stalls, butcher stalls, and two new delicatessens that function like a mini-Carulla on their own. One word of caution is service and price. I find this market to be overpriced and not worth another visit! I’m sorry but that’s my take. The gentrification of the area has brought in higher than normal pricing. Where are the original market costs!

Just as featured in Netflix this group of people prepared in very small kitchen some dishes sooooo full of flavor, you can't figure out how they do.... also they help each other and make their customers very happy going above and beyond , like serving you with a dish from a different kitchen or ordering the fresh fruit juice for you and bringing these to your table at not extra cost.
