But La Serrezuela Mall is much more than a museum of sorts; it's a thriving hub of activity where visitors can shop for the latest fashion trends, dine at gourmet restaurants, catch a movie, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere. And knowing that you're doing so within the walls of a place with such a storied history only adds to the experience.

Read moreThis is a very nice higher end mall. What made it an exceptional experience for me, was the food and beverage options, combined with the excellent customer service offered by all. The bartenders were all mixologists, and prepared very original and delicious concoctions. The Peruvian Restaurant "La Gloria", offered some of the best Peruvian dishes I've ever had; and I've had plenty! The Spanish and Mexican Restaurant were also spectacular. The cherry on top was the live entertainment at the top floor food court area. One night I watched Cartagena Paradise, a local band play, and they were so good, I helped contract them to sing at my friends wedding the following month. This weekend I watched a great duo perform, she was Norah Jones like, and her accompanying pianist was equally as talented. Guests enjoying their meals and cocktails would stop to energetically applaud them... at a mall food court! This place is doing it right. Attracting shoppers to the retail stores means having a variety of options for them, and their fellow travelers who may not want to shop, but still enjoy a good time. I did just that. Thank you to...
Read moreIt's just a basic mall with European prices but not same standards, it looks nice though. Cartagena in general is overpriced so get used to it. Toilet they don't even have hand tissue to dry hands, had to use the hand dryer with can increase till 500% the bacterias 🦠 in your hands, so never do that, better dry on your clothes or naturally. Also they have pressure issue, seems like whole Cartagena so it takes forever to wash hands, but since is a mall they could fix with a pump. There is no WiFi. Basically no options to eat. The place is a fancy mall for locals I guess, but really, just ok, also the AC is not strong, always a bit warm but all other malls nearby have same issue, some are super hot inside so this one was actually better on that. The location is convenient if you are in the city walls and toilets are free at least, unlike Germany for example, so prons and cons based on...
