While the location is great, the service is not. Their hours listed on Google are incorrect. We came to this location on three occasions based on the hours listed and was not able to get what we wanted.
Finally returning after the 4th at 10:00, during the middle of the day we were able to be seated in the dining area. I ordered a waffle with Nutella and a scoop of almond ice cream. It took over 30 minutes to receive. This establishment has no shortage of workers as we counted at least 20. It also wasn't super busy so I can't justify waiting 30 minutes for a waffle and a scoop of ice cream.
Unfortunate for me, I built up such anticipation about experiencing these waffles that when I received it the visual presentation made me sad. I imagine that the Nutella would be drizzled across the waffle with the scoop of ice cream in the middle decorated by whipped cream. Instead the Nutella was spread across the waffle like hot butter except it didn't melt. It created an imbalance of flavor and as a result then Nutella was overpowering. The almond ice cream was pretty tasty and actually had whole almond pieces in it.
My colleague ordered a pita with cheese, lettuce, tomato, celery, and onions. However when she received it, instead of it being a stuffed pita, it was baked like a pizza. They're presentation was pretty scary to say the least.
I don't think I would return because it was not a pleasant experience and the food was mediocre. I also think that the service could be a little bit more efficient if you didn't have 20 employees simply standing around looking like they don't...
Read moreSo, I arrived with my wife and 9 months old for dinner. I understand the long wait since it is a busy and popular place. The problem is that after being seated it took about 1 hour for us to get food, and to make matters worse, we needed to change the baby's diaper and we were told that the family toilet closes about 3 to 4 hours before closing time, the same for the handicap toilets. To make matters even worse, the only available toilet is mixed gender, with doors that don't lock, no toilet paper, without toilet lid and shared with the nightclubs around. Probably it should state that dinner time is for adults with no care for basic hygiene only. Other than that, order the arequipe waffle,...
Read moreThis restaurant was soooo good, I had to go twice! The first I tried tried the creamed broccoli crepe and soup with mango smoothie. There was so much flavor in the entrees that collided in my mouth. And the fact I was able to wash it down with a fresh mango smoothie was the cherry on top. Yum yum. The second time was a curry shrimp crepe and I felt the same way. I couldn’t believe it tasted so darn good. I must say, try it a least once on your travels. There’s multiple...
