One of the worst experiences I’ve had ever. It took our waitress 30 min to bring out the bottle of wine we ordered. We had to ask 3x and walk inside to finally get it. And it was a different kind then we ordered. Meanwhile she brought drink after drink out to every other table. Is a margarita faster to make than a opening a bottle of wine? An hour and a half in she came to ask if we got our food yet. No? Shouldn’t you know? 5 min later she informed us they were out of one of the dishes we ordered. How did they just realize? She promised us our other entree asap. 15 minutes later and two hours+ total in we still had no food. For the first time ever we left cash on the table and walked out to find street food. Not sure if she was new or if they are simple racist to tourists, but I would avoid in lieu of literally any...

We were a party of 5… some of us got great food! (octopus is a must or sancocho) but the rest of dishes were a disappointment.All 3 fishes were mediocre and has not taste at all and once I told the server my fish was bland and over cooked, the owner came out telling me I was wrong and I didn’t know about fish… she was super rude and took my plate and didn’t even let me order or offer me something else… she just wanted to get rid of us… and on on top on this, a juice came with a hair (gross) and the octopus was suppose to come with papas criolla (the server told us that) but instead came with French fries

Please avoid this restaurant… there are plenty of good restaurants with great food and better customer...

In a city of many fantastic restaurants this is by far my favorite! The food is always fresh, excellent quality and taste and presented in a gourmet way. The service is top notch, classic salsa playing in the background and indoor/outdoor options makes this place truly awesome. On top of all of those things, the price for the quality ingredients and food is insanely cheap! You will be hard pressed to find a place better not only in cartagena but all of Colombia. I have been coming to this beautiful country for over 7 years and visited over 15 cities. This restaurant/bar is one of the best chill spots around.
