I recently had the pleasure of dining at a small, cozy restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I arrived, I was drawn in by the unique ambiance and attention to detail. Located on the right side of the stairs, amidst a bustling atmosphere that includes a gym wear shop and a barber shop, this restaurant certainly stood out from the crowd.
One of the first things that caught my eye was the openness of the space. The layout allowed me to see into the kitchen and watch the talented bartenders craft their delightful creations. The walls were adorned with captivating decor, making it the perfect spot to snap some Instagram-worthy pictures.
As I settled into my seat, I couldn't help but get distracted by the mouthwatering dishes being served all around me. The diverse range of orders showcased the restaurant's culinary prowess, and I couldn't wait to explore the menu myself.
I decided to start with the arepas, a traditional dish with a unique twist. Made with beets, spinach, and sweet potatoes, they had a vibrant appearance and a flavor that surpassed my expectations. Despite the unconventional ingredients, the taste didn't resemble the individual vegetables but rather harmonized into a delicious and memorable experience. The presentation was intriguing as well, as the arepas arrived deconstructed, adding an element of fun to the dining experience.
Next, I indulged in a grilled cheese sandwich that was melted to perfection. The gooey cheese, paired with the bread's crispiness, created a heavenly combination that satisfied my cravings.
For a healthier option, I opted for the egg whites with a side of fresh and flavorful vegetables. The dish was well-executed, and the combination of the fluffy egg whites and the vibrant veggies made for a satisfying and wholesome meal.
No brunch experience would be complete without a cup of coffee, and this restaurant didn't disappoint. Their coffees were not only delicious but also served in cute and creative ways. I highly recommend trying the cappuccino with amaretto, as it provided a delightful twist to a classic brunch drink. It was the perfect way to kick-start my day and added a touch of indulgence to my meal.
Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Its cozy and Instagrammable atmosphere, combined with the opportunity to witness the kitchen and the bartender in action, creates a unique and captivating dining experience. The arepas, grilled cheese, egg whites, and creative coffees are all must-tries. Whether you're looking for a casual brunch or a memorable evening out, this restaurant is sure to exceed your...
Read moreWe went out here for breakfast and I cannot recommend it. Honestly surprised by all the good reviews. I realize this place was busy, but it took over twenty minutes to get a glass of water—not anything special, just water. The staff also seems to make an intentional effort to not only ignore you but avoid eye contact with you. If you need anything you need to actively flag them down and even when they do come, good luck getting that salt you may have requested. And you will be requesting it because the food is bland. The eggs we waited over an hour for were cooked into oblivion. And if you have the unfortunate opportunity to be seated on the balcony, be ready to sit on the most uncomfortable chairs you have ever sat on. Three groups including ourselves jumped at the opportunity to sit inside the moment anyone got up to leave. The cherry on this garbage cake is the price. If sitting on terrible seats while you wait over an hour for overcooked under-seasoned food served by rude waiters who give you a bill that’s three times what any brunch is worth is what you’re looking for, then Le Brunch is just the place for you. Otherwise, don’t waste your time or money at this...

One sunny Sunday, two friends met for brunch at a charming dog-friendly spot—one of them had been before and had a great experience. Drinks were ordered. One arrived. The other? A solid ten minutes later. A little odd, but hey, brunch is all about relaxation, right?
They ordered their food and settled in. A server came by and asked if they’d like to order. Confused but polite, they pointed out they already had. Forty minutes ago. They already had. Meanwhile, tables seated after them were joyfully enjoying their meals.
And then, at last—one dish arrived! Victory? Not quite. To avoid it getting cold, the lucky friend started eating while the other patiently waited. Twenty minutes passed. Another check-in. The response? “What order?” Determined, she reordered her Eggs Benedict without bacon. Another twenty minutes passed, and out came… a bagel. At least it didn’t have bacon.🤦♀️
By this point, laughter was the only logical response. The gals were grateful to have each other to keep company during the two-hour brunch odyssey. In the end, it was still a lovely...
