BEWARE --As a business owner myself, I dont take writing unsatisfactory reviews lightly but the poor customer service, unreliablenes and unprofessionalism displayed by Dre gives me no choice but to warn others regarding my experiences. I highly discourage any one from using this company based on having unprofessional employees such as Dre. Now let me give a detailed account of my experiences with Dre.  The first time I used Dre in 2020 he provided adequate service.  The second time I used him 2022 there was a slight hiccup that raised a red flag but I overlooked it.  On the second transportation experience he was supposed to pick me up from the airport and drop me off back at airport.   However once I landed at the last minute in Medellín Dre texted me and said he couldn't pick me up but he would send a driver.  The driver turned out to be a taxi and the driver did not speak English and got lost taking me to my Airbnb.We spent 30 minutes driving around trying to find my Airbnb even though he had the address.  On my most recent experience I texted Dre on JAN 3 and inquired about transportation and the cost for picking and dropping off 5 people from airport and back to airport.  I also asked how much it would cost for transportation for a entire day.  He told me $200 dollars per day.  I told him I arrived on Feb 8, 2023 and I would definitely need transportation pickup from airport and return to airport on Feb 13. In addition I may need 2 days full days of transportation service during my stay but I would confirm before my arrival. On JAN 11, 2023, I texted Dre and told him I would not need transportation for the 2 days.  When he picked me up from airport on Feb 8, we departed to my Airbnb. We arrived as I attempted to pay him for the pickup as agreed, he said "by the way what time do you want me to pick you guys up tomorrow as you had reserved 2 additional days of transportation service. I reminded him of the text I sent him on Jan 11, stating I only needed transportation pickup from airport and dropoff at airport. He then became agitated and replied he hadnt seen the text until just now and begin to insinuated that it was my fault for the mixup and since he booked the van I should compensate him for the 2 full days of transportation After a brief discussion we mutually agreed it was ok.  I then asked him if he he could provide transportation soley for me (1 person) on Friday, February 10 for pickup at 1230pm for a few hours drive around the city and he said yes.  However on Thursday, February 9 around midnight he texted me and said he no longer was available.  I replied no problem, and asked if he was available on Saturday, February 11 for pickup at1230pm and few hours drive around city and he said yes.  He agreed to pickup me at 1230pm. However on Friday, February 10 about midnight once he again texted me and said he was no longer unavailable to pick me up at 1230 on Saturday. Again I told him no problem i will just use a Uber. However to make matters worse he was scheduled to pick us up from our Airbnb on Monday, February 13 and dropoff  at the airport, however on Sunday February 12, at approximately 8pm he texted me and said he was busy on Monday and was not able to pick us up and dropoff at airport as agreed.   As you can imagine I found his unreliability and unprofessionalism totally egregious therefore its important that I warn others to BEWARE and consider other...
