We just finished our stay at the Click Clack hotel in Medellin and we would like to share our experience with everyone. We stayed in room 522 and traveled as a couple for a destination wedding. Pros; -The service in the hotel was outstanding and the staff was super polite and accommodating, always welcoming and very respectful. -The breakfast was top quality with many options to choose from both in the buffet and the a la carte main plates inclusions. We ordered something different every day and it was all delicious. -The decoration details around all common areas is just beautiful. -The location of the property is super convenient as it is close to absolutely everything, and you can literally walk anywhere from the hotel, we barely had to use uber. -Beds have a pillow menu, much appreciated. -Rooms as advertised in the pictures not more not less. Very well decorated. Cons; -We could not rest well due to the noise for various reasons. First night the fridge light broke and made a crazy alarm sound at 4:00 am (which they fixed immediately the next morning), second night the music sounds were just passing through our walls, third night our neighboring room TV could be clearly heard from our room, and then the construction noise makes sure you don’t rest in the morning. We would have greatly appreciated to be provided with ear plugs upon arrival, if you are placing a guest in such conditions (such a construction site in front of the room) you need to let them know in advance or at least prepare them for their stay. So we really could not rest during our 4 night stay. -The room light switches are randomly scattered around the room with poor design with no master switch next to the bed. Not nice to try to find out where the switches are when you want to go to sleep. This can be solved by an electrician creating a master switch next to the bed. The room was very dark even with all lights turned on. -Nightly rate is considerably high to not include water. Very basic necessity that should be part of a stay. My brother was staying at a significantly cheaper property around the corner that did include it. -There are drug addicts and homeless people all around the property. While the location is still prime, you definitely do not feel safe at night sometimes while going back to the hotel, we stumbled upon someone defecating in the street at around 9:00 am while walking out of the hotel. I believe with very little investment almost all cons mentioned above can be solved by the hotel management. Overall its a pretty nice property that can be much better with some efforts.

This hotel must pay for fake 5 star reviews. Buyer beware. The hotel is over hyped. It feels more like a snooty influencer nightclub than a luxurious hotel. It is in a lively location and has playful (but painfully self aware) design, as well as a truly excellent breakfast and solid coffee. Unfortunately my stay was peppered with surprisingly rude service that soured my experience. The tone is set from arrival, with reception literally turning their backs to you to focus on their tablets. (The physical design of the check in desk forces this presumably intentionally awkward encounter.) The tall slim fellow with longer hair (Camilo?) at reception was memorably condescending and carried himself as though he were too cool to be bothered; I felt I needed to avoid reception when he was working from then on. It was not a nice feeling. Thankfully he was away from the desk at my check out. I had splurged for the top of the line 2XL room. It was just ok. The design is oriented toward Instagram photos rather than comfort. The lighting is dark and odd. Noise easily penetrates from the various common areas late into the night. The furnishing is awkward overall. For example there isn't a desk or equivalent spot to work for any meaningful stretch, although I did appreciate the excellent Bluetooth speaker and the bath tub. Housekeeping was inconsistent. I needed an iron and ironing board ahead of a meeting, and had to follow up four times for them over the course of as many hours. When they finally arrived, the ironing board was worn and broken, so I had to call for another one. Notwithstanding leaving a sign to make up my room each morning, it would remain uncleaned until very late in the day. When housekeeping did enter, they would reset the AC from the mild temperature I had selected to 16C. The AC would run full blast until I woke up shivering in the night only to realize it had been reset yet again. This happened every night. More than anything, what tipped my impression was the service -- when it was off, it was truly and inappropriately so. It's a shame because the large majority of the staff were actually warm and lovely. But a small number of bad apples spoil the bunch. Management should focus on addressing the service shortfalls and inconsistency as a priority. Professionalizing the staff program would go a long way. I shared this feedback with the manager on my last day. After three nights at the Click Clack, I was relieved to check out. I would hesitate to return or to recommend.

3.5 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, however, the hotel seems to sacrifice service for "aesthetic". There is a cool modern style this hotel uses which is certainly more tasteful than I've seen elsewhere. But, a few things are awkward. First, your room should probably not be shared with anyone platonic. I was here with my wife, thankfully, because the shower is a glass box, there is no privacy to the rest of the room. Next, this was just a dissappintment, I came here with my wife for our honeymoon, we notified the hotel beforehand requesting to have a romantic setup for the room upon arriving and that I'd pay if it was necessary. They said they would see what they could do. Turns out they can do nothing. At one point, one of the cleaning staff threw upon one of the service doors to enter into the halfway of our floor. This door swung very fast at my wife and she had to lunge out of the way and into the wall. The cleaning staff responded with "thats a shame" and walked away. Strange, somewhat rude. Breakfast is poorly planned. The hotel does not provide enough seating for the number of guests in the hotel. This results in an awkward period of standing around waiting to be seated and then maybe ending up with a haphazard mismatch of a seating arrangement. Food can take up to 50 minutes to arrive. If you want any protein then you must order food. Just a note, the hotel is somewhat split in half. My side of the hotel's elevator could only be accessed through stairs. If you have mobility issues and youre on that side of the building, you'd be in trouble. Finally, room service exists, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. I ordered a gin martini and it arrived in a sad plastic cup. It cost nearly $20 with a sizeable portion of that charge being the brief delivery of said cup (I've added a picture). The drink was delightful but I just think a hotel like this should have mildly higher standards. So, if you're like me and you have enough hyatt points to stay here for free, go for it! Otherwise I certainly would not spend money to stay here. Most 3 star hotel's I've been to have far better service than this hotel. If you're willing to sacrifice comfort for "coolness" then give it a go.

Our stay at the Click Clack Hotel in Medellín was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a modern, chic atmosphere that immediately set the tone for our visit. The hotel's design is a perfect blend of contemporary style and comfort, creating an ambiance that is both trendy and inviting.

The rooms at Click Clack Hotel were a standout feature. Each room is thoughtfully designed with sleek furnishings, high-quality linens, and an array of amenities that cater to every need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Medellín. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary snacks and drinks to the smart room controls that made our stay even more convenient.

One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop terrace. The views of Medellín from the rooftop are breathtaking, offering a panoramic vista of the city’s skyline and surrounding mountains. The rooftop bar is a fantastic spot to unwind, with a wide selection of cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere. We spent several evenings there, enjoying the beautiful sunsets and lively ambiance.

The dining experience at Click Clack Hotel is also worth mentioning. The hotel’s restaurant offers a diverse menu that combines local flavors with international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Breakfasts were particularly enjoyable, with a variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day.

The staff at Click Clack Hotel truly made our stay memorable. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. Their local knowledge was invaluable, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. The concierge service was top-notch, making it easy to plan our days and explore the best of Medellín.

The hotel’s location is another major plus. Situated in the heart of Medellín, Click Clack Hotel offers easy access to some of the city’s best attractions, including trendy neighborhoods, cultural sites, and vibrant nightlife. We loved being able to walk to nearby parks, cafes, and shops, immersing ourselves in the local culture.

In addition to its many amenities, Click Clack Hotel places a strong emphasis on sustainability and community engagement. It was inspiring to learn about their efforts to reduce environmental impact and support local initiatives, adding another layer of appreciation for our stay.

Overall, Click Clack Hotel Medellín exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of stylish design, luxurious comfort, outstanding service, and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re visiting Medellín for business or leisure, Click Clack Hotel offers a unique and memorable stay that we...
