Overrated and overpriced! Lacked service big time! After taking a number and waiting with others.... It's just the two of us we're asked if we would go to the garden (Jardin) we thought well ok not knowing anything about the garden, we were directed to the only table there that would only seat 2 people barely, the rest sat 4 or more and were individually covered with umbrellas, not ours, ok feeling pressure to accept we seat ourselves at a table that rocks back and forth... Ok! We accepted and reluctant to complain then the wine comes and try to balance a stemmed glass on that table. Anyway had to wedge it up, here comes the salad we ordered, drenched in dressings with heavy Olive oil, etc....., You could not taste the other incredible ingredients! Ok we're vegan! Them comes the red sauce pizza with the most ingredients listed. Truth is there pizza had so much thick red sauce you could not taste the very small amounts of basil, carmelized onions, spinach which were very very small amounts and do much thick red sauce you could not taste anything else. The crust was do soggy you could not nicely pick up a piece without it falling limp.... What lady wants to eat out like that? You have to literally roll up the piece to eat it with any finesse. Anyway the young night life is good if that's what you're willing to pay for. There are way incredibly better vegan restaurants right in same location but if you want the young and loud vibe with fake vegan then it could work for you! We just perfer to talk and be with each other in a more quiet atmosphere with more quality real vegan food choices. It's expensive to eat out and here definitely no different it would be ok if it was high quality killer Vegan, but it's far from it! We can get way better vegan and atmosphere just blocks from...
Read moreMy Venezuelan friend went to the restaurant to pick up a few pizzas for us (87,000 pesos). When I talked to them, they said that they didn't provide servicio domicilio but I could get the pizza for takeaway. My friend went to get it because he has a motorcycle.
He said that when he arrived and ordered pizza for takeaway, they treated him badly. I wanted to explain to your staff over the phone that they had told me that they have pizza for takeaway and are making a financial mistake in this case. However, he was so angry because of how poorly they treated him, he didn't want to go back to the restaurant to allow me to speak with them.
My questions for the owner and management:
In this time of quarantine and pandemic, is there really a pizza restaurant that doesn't allow for takeaway or delivery? Really? Do you think that is a good business model? Really?
Was my friend's Venezuelan appearance a trigger for the foul response he received from the staff and the denial of services? Even if there is no takeaway, you shouldn't treat potential new customers like this. This was my friend's first interaction with your business, and the staff made him feel second class and not want to try your...
Read more¡El mejor lugar para pizza en Medellin! Tienen muy buen jazz en vivo, y una carta excelente de vino.
My favorite pizza place in Medellin. The service is excellent and you can tell everybody there loves their job. The pizza QPR is the absolute best deal I've ever seen, and I've had my fair share of pizza.
My only gripe is that they have to fix the hostess situation. The musical spoon game is not working for you guys. Get a pen and paper, and take down the group name and how many are in said group. That's literally it. No more spoons!
Recommend:
The Spinach(Espinaca) Pizza w/ Italian Primitivo(Zinfandel). A red sauce based pizza with a hint of bbq sauce that paired well with the Italian red. Also, the Arugula and Blue Cheese pizza, while somewhat similar, can't be passed up. For a tapa, try their excellent interpretation of Papas Bravas w/...
