This was an extremely charming, elegant apartment and especially the view of Nicosia from my room was amazing. The apartment is located in the centre of Nicosia and you can easily walk to the old town of Nicosia, within the walls. There are various restaurants and bars close by. We booked for 400 for two nights , and to be honest the room isn’t that bad , yet didn’t meet my expectation I just checked the room and I asked them to refund me because i didn’t want to stay , manager goes up to me on the phone if you want to go anywhere else we will not stop you , but we will not refund you because we are not hotel we are Appartment. Very good location within walking distance of the old town. It is a new and modern building with very spacious apartments fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family stay, very beautiful view of Nicosia, kind and supportive service at the reception, sauna room, gym, jacuzzi (larger and smaller) open until 10 pm.
