The long religious use of the larger underground site called Toumballos is highlighted by the construction of an early Christian basilica church on top of it. The apse of the church can be appreciated protruding into the vestibule south of the first circular chamber of the Hellenistic underground complex. There is also an apsidal niche carved on the rock face at surface level (not the underground circular chamber) North of the apse. It might have been part of a chapel or sacristy for the basilica. Generally speaking, though, the monument is in poor state of preservation and difficult to make sense beyond the aforementioned features.

Interesting to see if you are visiting paphos archaeological park. Shame as there are some damages caused by people camping and turning on fires. Paphos authorities should protect these peace of histories.
