Pizza Hut - Kings Avenue Mall — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

I’ve never been to such a poorly managed Pizza Hut in my life. We had to wait 50 minutes for our food – and when it finally arrived, it was cold.

The pizza was ice cold, and my wrap wasn’t even wrapped properly everything fell out the moment I picked it up. It looked like no one in the kitchen had any idea what they were doing.

To make matters worse, our meals were not served at the same time there was a 6-minute delay between my dish and my companion’s, so we couldn’t even eat together.

The staff didn’t care at all. They were just standing around talking, showing no interest in the customers. It was obvious they were very young and completely unmotivated no sense of responsibility or service.

I’m absolutely furious and deeply disappointed. This was meant to be an enjoyable dinner, but it turned into a frustrating waste of time and money. Avoid this place...

I recently visited Pizza Hut in the Kings Mall in Paphos and overall it was quite an acceptable stay. The location is really convenient, especially if you want a quick snack after a day of shopping.

The pizza was decent but nothing exceptional. The dough was pleasant, but I would have liked more toppings - the selection was good, but the portions could be more generous. The service was friendly but a little slow, which was disappointing as the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.

The atmosphere was cosy and you can have a good conversation, which is nice for a family visit or meeting up with friends.

Today 11.07. The attitude of the waiters is disgusting! We asked to move two tables together, near the window, since the air conditioning in the hall at the entrance was very strong, I was afraid to sit there with a small child. The waitress made a face and rolled her eyes until they barely rolled back. She insisted that the 5 of us be seated on a round sofa under air conditioning and place the stroller in the aisle so that it would block people from passing by. Where is the logic? There were 2 tables in the hall, and the other restaurants were full of people. I'm not surprised why. If your waiters don't like working with people, what are they doing in the service industry?
