Shocking behaviour of a cashier, big lady who worked 19.09.2024 around 1am. Even though there was a queue of people she first ignored it for a good 5 minutes and let us wait cos she was busy talking to a woman who entered the shop last and then when she was finished talking and proceed to the till she made a not very polite gesture with her hand to "tell" us to move away ( I assume the rest of the queue wasnt Cypriot and couldnt understand Greek just like me) because she wanted us to make space for that woman she was so busy talking to and to let her pay first (even though she entered the shop when we already were waiting to pay for our items). That was the rudest behaviour at any shop not only in Cyprus that I experienced. Not sure if that cashier thought that this was acceptable behaviour because she knew that woman? Thats not how you treat customers. It definitely wont bring too many good opinions to Zorbas and I am not planning to shop...

We found the hair in the cake, but when we came back to the store and showed it, we were told that we could put it there and advised us to contact the manager in the morning. In the morning we came to the store, but the manager was rude to us and said that anyone can put their hair in a cake, and this has never happened in the history of the company, and what comes out of the store edibles never comes back to it, it's complete absurd, do we need to eat the cake in the store so that in case of finding hair immediately show it to the seller?
