O1 New Cairo — Attraction in Cairo

I honestly don’t see myself visiting this mall or area again. The customer service was incredibly disappointing across most of the restaurants we tried. With the exception of one place that offered decent service, the rest were extremely slow and inattentive. We were consistently told to “wait” by multiple waiters—even when we were clearly hungry and had a child with us. It shouldn’t be this difficult just to get your order taken.

This is my updated review: The service and quality of food are declining sharply and prices are almost doubled. Value for money is no longer good. My previous review 2 years ago: It has a variety of restaurants; Mexican, Pizza, Egyptian "Feteer", Oriental Egyptian food. You can dine outside and order from these multiple shared restaurants at the same time, or you can dine inside in any of them. There are also 2 separate cafes, Enab Beirut Restaurant, Dara's ice cream and Tortina shop. Value for money for the shared restaurants is very good. There is also a large underground parking lot.
