ORA Restobar — Restaurant in New Cairo City

I had high expectations for Ora Restobar, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff barely acknowledged our presence. The service was incredibly slow, with long waits for our orders, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked any real flavor.

The ambiance was another letdown. The place was loud, chaotic, and lacked any sense of comfort or relaxation. It felt more like a rushed cafeteria than a cozy restobar. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was questionable, with dirty tables and floors that hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Overall, the experience was a complete waste of time and money. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend Ora Restobar to anyone looking for good food or a pleasant...

They do not even deserve 1 star I tried to reserve a date there and didnt even continue in the reservation process. They are asking for facebook links for all guests! That's an absolute joke Stratification at its finest, I'm pretty sure that the management/owner of this kind of restaurants doesnt know the meaning of "good management" and "being open minded". Stop categorizing people and breaking into customers privacy just to ensure their suitability to your expected social standards! They are hiring and paying salaries for people to stalk customers! Poor you This retarded mentality should be banned and avoided. I've visited the most hip, fancy/expensive bars/lounges in europe and they dont dare to make such a request! Disgrace Not recommended...

The place is well designed, food is amazing but there is major problem with the service team, they are not at all strained to treat the clients well, the reservation girl always say that caution of not having a veiled girls in the group, while u meet them in every corner when u get to the place, she even sometimes ask if u have a reservation if u tried to walk I, although the restaurant is COMPLETELY empty. And the 300 pounds shisha is not at all convenient, price wise , and service wise too , cuz u wait for ages for it ..and beg for wel3a later on. It's very sad to have such a beautiful place with yummy food, where u get...
