If you want to go to a place to ruin your mood and your night and be treated horribly then that place is Tequila! One of the worst experiences ever! They ruined our birthday celebration with their unprofessional and extremely rude and entitled staff! I have been to the best bars and clubs in egypt and i have never encountered such behavior.
We had booked 2 tables for 12 people for a friend’s birthday party. Around half of us were there while some people hadnt arrived yet. One of our friends pulled a chair from an empty table behind us as all the chairs were already occupied (they dont give you enough chairs for the whole table which is fine) Before my friend could even sit, one of the waiters immediately came and said “you cant have that chair, its reserved for the other table” so my friend told him, “i understand let me just sit until they arrive and ill put it back” , he was just about to sit when the waiter pulled the chair right from underneath him! Thankfully my friend didnt fall but i cant even begin to describe the audacity of the waiter who didnt see that he did anything wrong and when we asked to talk to the manager, he didnt do anything at all not even apologize!
Whats even worse is that he refused to believe that the waiter did that and when we told him check your camera’s he said “no i trust my people and i wont check the cameras”
I dont understand how anyone can operate in the service and hospitality industry with this kind of entitlement and rude attitude. Its completely unacceptable to treat your guests like that no matter what. It’s such a shame for a place like this to exist in the superb award winning hospitality scene in egypt.
We ended up leaving even though we had payed the minimum and bouchon already (which they refunded). We went to a bar right next to them where they were lovely hospitable and literally tried to do everything to accommodate us and make up for our...
Read moreA minimum charge is per person 600 le… the drinks are pretty price-y and the food. The cocktails looked very poorly made for the price it’s for. However, unfortunately there were a lot of underage pax there starting from 18–21 when one of the rules they sent was that it’d start from 25. Not only this but they also mention how the dress code is important. However some were wearing slippers as if we were at a beach bar when this was a resto bar. The Music IS EXTREMELY LOUD… it’s nice at around 11 pm afterwards where u can dance however before that time there isn’t a lot of people ( no one is dancing MUSIC IS LOUD ) you can’t really have dinner and talk. Not a place for a first date definitely. Apart from that the music was nice and the Gogó dancers were a cool show( not for long tho) they’re there for two songs then they disappear for around 15 -20 mins. Then they come back again, they’re not there for the whole time. Would I go back there again? I don’t...
Read moreDisappointed. We made it worthwhile, but the show was nearly non-existent and really just tired. The place is small and so is the stage, but then choose your shows accordingly, yeah? Starts super late, midnight-ish, despite early reservation times. Enjoyed the food (we didn't order anything beyond bites, though). You pay your minimum at the door before you enter... I think to ensure you can't leave without paying even if you're disappointed with the false promises 😂 super sus and low grade behavior. DJ had some great music selections, but was also all over the place and transitions were abrupt and confusing. Keeps things interesting? Electricity cut out at one point. I mean... can't say it wasn't an eventful night 😂😂 Good for an F-it kind of budget night. Would not...
