Mahmoud Safari Hurghada (Best Egypt Travel) — Attraction in Red Sea

We liked the experience, but it needs some improvement. I was very disappointed to get to Luxor and not get to Valley of the Kings. We were sold a Nile cruise for 15€ (after our guide said that it’s not mandatory, but we will have to wait an hour in the bus, like I am travelling hours and hours to stay in the bus later) but when we wanted to go to Valley of the kings they put us apart from the big bus and the rest of the people went there and we were just taken to Valley of the Queens. It wasn’t fair and nobody asked if we want to go, we would’ve paid for the ticket without hesitation.

Other improvement is needed on the visits time, because the guides are trying to hard to sell you things, that the most time of the activities will be spent around things where can make extra money. Example: 3 minutes to take a photo near the Great Pyramid of Gyza, but 50 minutes to go to the Oil Shop. This is not fair for the passionate tourists who want to feel the history and learn more about the ancient Egypt.

The experience was good and I am glad we could make it to these great places with such a good price. We had fun, we liked the experience and places that we’ve been to and thanks to this agency we’ve done 3 trips with so little money. We had guides, organising team, security and it was all good.

Just take some extra money with you and make some calculations to check how much you pay and if you are ok to pay extra 20-30-40$ by the case. Mahmoud and his brother Nasseer offer the best excursions in Hurghada, for half the price of other places. There service is the best, they speak English, they are friendly but also professional and they do not pressure you to buy like everywhere else, they really do have your vest interst at heart. All of the excursions are amazing too! They arrange transport from your hotel and are contactable on WhatsApp anytime if you need them.. My fried fell and hurt herself in our hotel and couldn't make it to two of the prepaid bookings but mahmoud and Nasseer were sooo lovely and understanding about the situation.. Great service, cheapest in Hurghada, we did scuba diving for £25.00 and many other excursions. I am someone who does the home work first then books. I looked up many agencies and online websites but this company was the best in price, the service has been great drivers always on time also the packages have been really worth the deal.
