The People's Museum of Tallinn — Attraction in Tallinn

Unfortunately it is quite empty and do not attracted my attentions. It is not targeted to international people since it doesn't have any english translations or guides that help tourists during the visit. I hardly believe I will come back to visit it again. A positive thing it is located centrally but lack of historical and cultural russian elements. The museum administration has forgotten how rich is Russian's history and culture giving instead to the tourists a spoiled...

I LOVED the traditional women’s clothing! Unfortunately, there isn’t much of anything else in this museum. I was hoping to see how Russian life is like in Tallinn and if any Russians contributed to Estonian businesses & history. There is potential in this museum if people took more time to invest their time and energy.

I am sure that if I understood either Estonian or russian then this museum would be interesting, however due to the very limited translated English exhibitions I would suggest giving this a miss if you do not understand Estonian/ Russian.

Though as a quick free Sunday museum it could peak some interest as there was bits about architecture, russian history in Estonia and some traditional russian type dolls on...
