Cigar House — Local services in Tallinn

Very bad service. I went there to buy cigars and two “ladies” there were very bad. I don’t recommend going here, if you want to have a good time go to Oak Lounge, it is right across Raekoja plats. If you are thinking about going to sigarimaja with your girlfriend then think twice, those two chubby “ladies” will give you a very hard time. They don’t even know anything about cigars. They don’t care about the customer and your needs. I was visiting sigarimaja from winter and was a regular loyal customer but they still didn’t care, I was treated with HUGE DISRESPECT. When it was time to pick my cigar they told me to LEAVE MY BAG OUTSIDE BECAUSE IN THEIR MIND EVERY MAN WITH A GIRLFRIEND IS A THIEF. They make up “house rules” on the spot but when you ask to see the rules then they don’t have it. They ask for ID from my girlfriend even though she doesn’t smoke. By LAW you cannot ask for ID form a person who isn’t buying anything. We even didn’t want to stay at sigarimaja. Just wanted to buy cigar for me and go away. Yes I understand if u ask ID from both persons when they want to stay and smoke at lounge. But not from a person who even doesn’t smoke and is just waiting purchase to be done. These two women think that they can make up house rules and also Estonian laws. Very bad place, I am never going back there and I will always go to Oak Lounge, they have SUPER service and they know everything about cigars. These two “ladies” even don’t know how to answer my questions when I ask about specific cigars. So what is the purpose of these two “ladies”? Just to be there and make up their own rules and laws? Pretty desecent selection of standard pouched pipe tobaccoes, among others brands like Amphora and Mc Barens Scottish Mix yet Amsterdamer and MyHeer Roll You owns, whereas Tinned tobacco is no longer existing.Moreover assortment for cigars and cigarillos are even better, I was very pleased to find Italian Toscanellos at pretty affordable price,6 e per 5. Note;Sigarimaja's main outlet is located in the old city center by market square,and they carry a wide selected of well known smokingpipe brands such as Stanwell & Savinellis prices start at 70e yet pipe and rolling tobaccoes,+ cigarettes. You can Preorder your stuff by phone and collect them later(upon arrival ring the store door bell ,I believe they use to keem them closed even when operating)All major credit and debit cards approved. Great location for this cigar shop — it is located right in the middle of Town Square. They have an excellent walk-in humidor with an incredible selection of cigars, including a large variety of Cubans. The smoking lounge is absolutely beautiful… it feels like you’re stepping back in time 100 years or more. You can also sit outside at any of the restaurants, and the restaurants will offer you an ashtray to enjoy your cigar! I would say that the gigantic challenge for this business would be to find employees that are friendly & caring to the customers, and who actually want to be at their jobs, because it is a very inconsistent experience. On Monday July8th at noon, a very friendly employee enjoyed helping me, and he showed me around, and he answered all of my questions.
