Rarely do I write a review. It is either because I have had a really bad or a really good experience. In this case, it was the latter! The urge to smoke some Perdomo's prompted me to come here. I have never been disappointed with Perdomo's and thus this review is not about the cigar,. What I received at this establishment was what I consider to be a masterclass in customer service! Being perhaps amongst the youngest patron, I was treated as an equal and not in a condescending manner as I have at some other cigar lounges. Last time I went, the service was excellent, I was pleased with my visit, but yesterday during the late evening, it was genuinely terrible. The employee didn't know some of the most well known cigar brands and suggested all sorts of low-tier options. I didn't have the occasion to properly look at the small selection upstairs, and wasn't even invited to visit the walk-in humidor downstairs. To top it off, the employee offered a cigar cutter, but due to miscommunication she had to call me back into the store to say it wasn't actually a gift, she was just lending it to me to cut my cigar...

The menu here for scotch / whiskey is world class as is the cigar choices. The setting intimate and small enough to keep the riff raff out (excluding me, lol). The staff member serving me, knew what she was on about. If you want some quiet time with the finer things in life this is your place to be. I'll be back when the feeling takes me. Thanks for a top...
