What a beautiful find on booking , we wanted some where in the old town as we arrived late and wanted to enjoy thr night scene. We was pleased to know we was right in the middle of everything.

We got told about where to eat and where is the best places to drink which was in walking distance.

We was very happy to know we had two breakfasts included in our booking, this was very helpful to have as we didn't know the area for eating . We really enjoyed the rooms was very and big enough for two people .

We had very comfy double bed ,clean towels and a beautiful cosy bathroom with a wonderful power shower. We was on the bottom floor watching people go pass but we didn't mind we had secured windows and netted curtains so all was private for walking around the room.

The receptionist on both days spoke very good English and was very helpful with all the information and advice needed. I was worried about leaving my presents in the luggage room and without hesitation. Left behind desk next to her until we came back in evening for our flight home this was a relief.

The breakfast was down stairs In the basement there was a huge selection of continental foods ,cereals ,breads and cakes . I was blown away by how much of a selection there was my plate was full of so much . And the food was tasty and full of flavour all fresh and if anything became empty or drinks gone they was filled up straight away.

We had a Lovely sweet Juice and coffee that hit the spot to give you a good start to The day . If we ever return again we will surely stay here again ,everything was perfect and very safe...

Not the best experience, I was quite excited for the hotel, but we got a REALLY SMALL ROOM for two people, which looks like a room for ONE PERSON from how small it is, with barely any space to walk, barely any power outlets, none near the bed. It was just bad, my other two friends got A WAY better room with way more space, bigger beds, TV hanging on the wall, it's genuinely just unfair that we pay the same price for the hotel but get a way worse room, this isn't the first time happening to me in a hotel, but I'm seriously tired of it and the door to the rooms required a lot of strength to open, the card didn't work, the bathroom was closed and weird sounds came from it and it scared us a lil bit, but we opened the bathroom door and no one was there thankfully, because sounded like someone might be, also the toilet paper there felt a little wet so I didn't like that.. we had to go ask for help, me and my friend started crying at one point because we were just overstimulated, but the person in the registration helped so I guess it's fine. The breakfast wasn't ,,wow" there were just vegetables, salads, sausages and cereal, oranges, pears, water and jam, wasn't a lot to choose from, but I didn't really mind it. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back to that hotel again, it wasn't terrible, but also wasn't enjoyable in my opinion, might not be too bad if you're staying for one night. +BONUS POINTS FOR COMFY BEDS although they...

Given the price and location, the small room and horrible breakfast can be understandable. But the behavior of the receptionist, not. At check out we waited 20 minutes for someone to come. No one came, we called and asked if we can leave the baggage. They said the luggage room is open. It wasn’t. We called 3 times after they said they will be there in a sec. She said it’s open and no longer said she will come. She didn’t believe us the door was not open even though several of us tried the door. She was acting like we are stupid and couldn’t find the door with luggage room sign.

There were around 10 people waiting to checkout and i asked if someone would come for the checkout. She hang up on me. Each time i called and asked about check out she would hang up. No bye, no answer to the question. I never experienced such bad customer service. We had to leave with the luggage and leave the key there.

It’s ok to let people know if you don’t have reception services but don’t put the “back in a minute” sign and leave people waiting for half an hour and hang up on them when they call… I don’t know if she ever came back during the day. Good to mention it’s middle of the week, 10am when the receptionist was not there but being rude...
