I am happy to write what I think of the company Onatera. I start by saying that I was very impress by the service. Customer service is the key to any business and I felt that I was in good hands. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable about the products and if they don't know they try to find the information. I am a massage therapist and when I am looking for new oils to share with my clients I find it here at Onatera. The prices are correct and I love how they keep their clients coming back policy. I haven’t received anything after purchasing on this website and received an email from them that the products were sent back to them and they asked me what i wanted to do with these products. I told them I would like to get the products if they could be sent to Germany, if not I want to receive my money back. They replied to my email that they will send code to me. The point is that I could not buy products from them and they could not send products to me, so the code is useless. Un service décevant et désorganisé

Souhaitant passer commande de plusieurs produits sur le site Onatera, j’ai décidé, pour gagner du temps, de me rendre directement à la boutique d’Aix-en-Provence lors d’un passage en ville. Avant cela, j’ai pris soin de téléphoner pour m’assurer de la disponibilité des produits en magasin et demander à ce qu’ils soient mis de côté. La vendeuse, dans un premier temps très compréhensive et serviable, m’a toutefois rappelé que les produits ne seraient conservés que jusqu’au soir, et qu’ils seraient remis en vente si je ne venais pas. Une précision qui, compte tenu de mon besoin urgent, m’a semblé superflue.

Le lendemain, je me rends en boutique. Il est environ 12h30, J’y suis accueillie par deux jeunes vendeuses : l’une souriante et avenante aux cheveux blonds, l’autre plutôt bougonne au cheveux noirs. J’explique à la plus sympathique que j’ai appelé la veille pour réserver des produits. À ma grande surprise, elle semble très étonnée par ma demande et me demande si je suis sûre d’avoir contacté leur boutique. Je lui donne mon nom et patiente.

Malheureusement, aucun produit mis de côté ne peut être retrouvé. Entre le rappel inutile de la veille, l’accueil mitigé en magasin et l’incapacité à honorer ma demande, j’ai finalement décidé d’aller acheter mes produits ailleurs. Une expérience qui ne donne pas envie de renouveler l’aventure chez Onatera. Dommage, car j'étais une habituée et j'ai toujours eu très bonne expérience...
