Billy Billy … we were in the area and we decided to grab a bite in this place. The pizzas pictures looked inviting even if a score of a lower 4 got me to push my friends to get in. It was around 2:20 pm, and we gently asked if we could grab a bite , immediately we were asked to wait so they could prepare our table and after we sit. 2 menus on the table “ special of the day “ and “ regular “ menu … after 10/15 min we were ready to order and on a surprise we were told “ btw we have no pizzas “ and we have “ no entrecôte “ . We were like confused since it’s a pizzeria restaurant and their “ specials “ had entrecôte and pizzas . We were told that the pizza chef was “ out of service “ but when we got in he was clearly making pizzas . Now I do know few things about pizzas and oven etc so I can respect the fact that maybe they already stopped for lunch time but why seat us and not saying from the start that there was no pizza or steak ? I can’t even judge their food cuz there was no food 🥲. Though I can judge the service and that was unfortunately off even if the pizzas toppings and dough were...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant. Upon arriving, the waitress immediately displayed a poor attitude regarding my choice of seat, despite me being a paying patron. Throughout my time there, she continued to give me disapproving looks every time she walked past my table, making me feel unwelcome.

Moreover, once the restaurant quieted down and had ample seating available, I was asked to leave and stand outside because I was only having drinks while waiting for friends who were attending the Olympics. Despite there being about ten people in the restaurant and more than twenty open seats, I was treated as if I was loitering simply because I wasn't eating immediately. This treatment was both inappropriate and unprofessional.

I recently ate in this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their pizza. As someone who loves pizza and is always on the lookout for an authentic taste, I wasn’t expecting to find such a perfect example here.
