We went in here, the woman in the store doesn't even look up from her phone until we ask if it's open and if we can do a wine tasting? She answers yes otherwise I would not leave the door open and that we can try if we are going to buy something?! Her whole body and her attitude towards us was so cold and rude, and she never stopped looking at her phone. We turned around and walked out of there. To that woman, you better work on your attitude and be more nice. We are friendly people and I totally understand if we were rude to you, but we were smiling and very friendly! To the owner of this place, I would for sure fire this woman because she is making you lose good customers with her super offensive and rude attitude! Go down further down the street and stop by Famille Gonnet, there worked the most helpful, kind, fun and sweet man that gave us the best...

Mon avis sincère sur le Domaine du Calcenier est mitigé, pour ne pas dire décevant. Malgré mon intérêt sincère pour leurs vins et ma volonté d'acheter, l'accueil que nous avons reçu a été franchement désagréable. Après avoir pris rendez-vous et nous être présentés comme convenu, nous avons été snobés et ignorés pendant une demi-heure avant d'être finalement laissés sur le pas de la porte, sans explication ni excuse. Un comportement non seulement non professionnel, mais également irrespectueux envers les clients. Dans une industrie aussi compétitive que l'industrie viticole en France, il est primordial pour les domaines vinicoles de se distinguer par leur service client et leur attention portée aux visiteurs. Malheureusement, le Domaine du Calcenier laisse sérieusement à désirer à ce niveau.
