This was one of the most rude restaurants I have ever experienced. First they did not let us sit in the shadow because we were two people and the table is for four. Then they did not want to give us drinks because we didn't want to eat and finally they did not even allow me to go to toilet and then even denied us to fill our bottles with tap water while biking during a heat wave. This is awful, the staff was unbelievably rude so that I felt hurt after leaving this place. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this posh, profit...

The location is good, at a cross road. Warm breeze. People watching. One imagines the good food we watch on TV and read in travel magazines. But, alas, we are tourists, the locals know it and treat is as such. The lunch wouldn't do it in London for the equivalent price. Reasonable but for tourists. Still, I am sitting here after lunch chatting and people watching. Don't expect too much and you probably won't be...

Pretty sure we just got turned away because of our race (asian). They turned my wife and I away saying service was over but seated the French speaking couple that came wandering in 15 minutes after us. Enjoyed a pleasant Sunday lunch here turning up on spec after visit to wine museum. With a little coaxing they were able to identify gluten-free options. Food was satisfying if not outstanding. Didn't try wines/desert just a plat each. Prices seemed a bit higher than average/expected but not massively so. Very enjoyable and excellent location.

At the time of this review this place has 3.4 stars. That blows my mind. The lunch we had here was excellent. The octopus over rice pilaf was melt in your mouth and perfectly seasoned. The monkfish medallions over risotto were great. And the porch with fans and water mist were great on a crazy hot day. Service was on point in all facets.

Can genuinely say I had the best ratatouille I have ever had here, mainly because I have never really liked it before. Cut finely and not cooked too much, it was deliciously fresh and complimented the fish perfectly.
