I bought a few items at 2B extime duty free shop as souvenir, as the products were nice. However, the cashier was really inefficient: 8 staff there but only 2 cashiers were open and half of the automatic check-out did not work. After waiting a long time and seeing another client coming out of nowhere skipping the line, I complained to a cashier with piercing in her nose but was really disappointed of her attitude: « It’s not my fault. We told our manager the cashier is not working but nobody did anything to fix it. The other client has the priority. Don’t buy if you are not happy » When I told her that if no client buys, her position might not be kept, she said that people have to buy in their shop, as they have the monopoly!! She even turned the situation upside down and accused me to having aggressed her

Wow wow wow. I came in looking to purchase a few bottles of perfume, and the welcoming and knowledgeable staff took me to the showroom to discover some really selective & rare Dior scents. The atmosphere was private, comfortable and was truly a luxury experience as they told me the backstory and ingredients of each perfume. I was able to take my time, and not rush. Jerome was absolute perfection. Assisting is scent selection, but also in helping with any travel/customs questions I had. Thank you to the team- it will be hard to shop in a “normal” retail store.

My wife and I were looking at various bottles of cognac and Abdul went out of his way to help show us more cognac bottles. He is very kind and he was able to communicate to us in both English and Vietnamese which was amazing! We ended up purchasing a very nice bottle of cognac with his assistance and he made the acquisition very memorable as well. 10/10 service from Abdul. I hope to run into him the next time I’m at this airport shopping for cognac â˜ș.

My wife and I were looking at various bottles of cognac and Abdul went out of his way to help show us more cognac bottles. He is very kind and he was able to communicate to us in both English and Vietnamese which was amazing! We ended up purchasing a very nice bottle of cognac with his assistance and he made the acquisition very memorable as well. 10/10 service from Abdul. I hope to run into him the next time I’m at this airport shopping for cognac â˜ș.

I had a truly pleasant experience at the duty-free store at Paris airport, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Abdul. Although the store offers a wide range of products, from wines and spirits to gourmet items and gifts, Abdul stood out for his warm, professional, and attentive approach.

He patiently listened to what I was looking for, shared insightful recommendations—especially when it came to French wines—and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. His knowledge, combined with his genuine kindness, left a lasting impression.

Carine and Marine terminal 2BD are just amazing people!

flew in from NY to visit Paris and planned on buying baccarat perfume on the way home at the airport. Little did I know that my terminal 2B did not carry the Baccarat perfume I so dreamed of. Back home in NY it’s way too expensive for me and I promised my daughter to get her one as well.

I was in tears as I realized I won’t be able to get this perfume I so very much wanted.

Caring saw me and both she and Marine made some phone calls to see if it can be delivered to me at terminal 2B.

I couldn’t believe it, I got the perfumes. Thank you so very much!!! There are good people in...
