AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Don’t fall for sales staff telling you they can get your items delivered to the airport. First of all, the LV sales staff at the CDG airport is just plain amateurish. Service is awful for a brand of that caliber. Second, while I was in St Tropez I was assured by a sales consultant that the best way to buy items was to have them delivered to the airport. The sales person went out of their way to assure me that I could order items and they would be delivered to the airport. I ordered one item and LV wasted no time in sending me a payment link. I paid for the item more than a week before my departure date. On departure day I showed up at LV CDG and was treated badly by amateurish staff and was made to wait a long time to finally be told that my item was not at the store, that the St Tropez sales person had not mentioned them anything about the purchase and when I asked for a refund I was told that they could not issue me a refund because the item had not shown up. When I asked for the manager in charge, an arrogant female sales person mentioned that they were all in charge and could not help me and I was told that I now had to wait patiently for them to locate the item before they would grant me the benefit of a refund, ARROGANCE. There was a piece available at the 2F terminal but I was flying out with AC. I had asked them to help me secure this bag and initially they couldn’t because of all the security issues to get the transfer done from the other store to this in 2C. I advised them I’d be back in a few days and will be leaving again from 2C and to see if they can make it happen. Fabio he made It happen. He ensured that I was taken care of even though he left to a location down south of France. He had left Smahan responsible of taking care of me and so she did.
