Darty has a thousand employees in the store. All wearing Darty uniforms. But, they are all in deep conversation, talking with one another. And , as a client. When you need information, or help. You feel that you have interrupted them from there colleagues conversation. And , when you do get their attention. They are very impatient. As if they do not have enough time to help you. You must be quick. And, if you ask too many questions, they seemed to be irritated. Today was very calm at the store. . It seemed to be more employees, than costumers. But they gave you the impression, that you were waisting there time. I ask myself the question, why are they there ? If you don't like your job quit, if not do your job. I am sure that the Darty organization, respects it contract commitments, salary, insurance, paid vacation, transport, ECT.ect.ect. Therefore the employees should respect their commitments. You, the employees, are there to assist the clients,vand represent the company, DARTY. It should be the employees who look for clients to assist. Not the opposite. You are fortunate now Darty. Because your merchandise is good. But,you must be aware. That you are not the only one. With the current attitude. If you were in America or England. It would be end game. I am Very disappointed. Read moreI bought electronic items(American fridge,Bosch oven,Samsung washing Machine , Moulimax Microwave, Blender )with the value of €3116.I just bought all of this because we moved to a new apartment.All the items were suppose to deliver on 1 st of September and everything was delivered except the LG American fridge.So I lived in my new apartment for 5 days without a fridge and when I enquire about this from customer service they weren't aware of what has happened,and nobody knows when it is going to deliver and nobody informed to me about it.So I have to go to the Republic store and asked about it, infact they had stock with them and they didn't deliver it properly. Today walked back to the Republic store again, because there is a water leak in my washing machine.When I asked from the guy in the Finance section(near the cash desk) he didn't even bother to make a call to the service centre regarding my matter.Service centre asked me to wait until November 4th to inspect my washing machine.I am very disappointed about the service staff in the Finance section because they laugh at me when ask for a manager call Marco because he helped with my previous delivery issue.Very poor staff service as well as after sales Service. Next day they left me a message on the voice mail saying my order wasn’t gonna be ready until the end of the next month meanwhile on the page was shown my order was ready to pick up. I went to the shop to see, and the manager tells me, there’s nothing to do, but either cancel my order and buy them again in the shop because they did have 3 AirPods Max at the shop but she couldn’t give me ones, so i was offered to cancel my order online and rebuy them again directly with them at the shop to have them. Surprised I was offered this, like if money wasn’t an inconvenience, and if the refund of my first order paid online was gonna be refunded immediately, which of course not! However I called the customer service and they did find me a solution by going to another location. So definitely I wouldn’t recommend neither rely on this magazine...
