The worst costumer service experience EVER. The store was packed, which is fine because is by the PSG Stadium, the availability of options and sizes for kids are barely nothing. I queued for 30 minutes to pay because only two till of at least five were working, when it was my turn to pay I approached the till and turned my back to call my cousin to pay with me as she doesn’t speak french or english and the guy at the till abruptly pushed the hangers from my hand and made a very dissatisfied face, AS IF he was the only annoyed one for the long queue. Of course I refused to buy what I was intending too but I had to help my cousin, the guy first said that they don’t print number/name in the grey jersey, FAKE, other attendants in the store said to me the opposite, we’re just buying the grey jersey because was the only one to have the available size of the kid we also asked for the tax-free form and again he refused, saying that they don’t do tax-free. I had to walk through the store to find someone to confirm that they DO print number/name in the grey jersey. I came back at the till and confronted the guy saying that the shop assistants said they can print the number, so the guy changed his made and said ohh yeah we do 🙄. I was so stressed that I said to my cousin leave the tax free, let’s print this number and get out, when suddenly he says, actually gove me your passport I will do the tax-free for your.
I was about to spend €200 on top of what my cousin spent, the stuff was so ruuude, this is unacceptable, please train your people!...
Read moreThe store itself is great—tons of products, everything a PSG fan could want, and plenty of ways to spend your money. However, the experience completely falls apart when it comes to the staff and the jersey printing process.
First, they make you buy a jersey without any player name on it, then charge you extra to print the name. Why not just have jerseys pre-printed with popular players? It would save everyone a lot of time and frustration.
Speaking of time, be ready to wait at least an hour in line just for the name printing. And after that long wait, there’s still a good chance they’ll tell you they can’t print the name you want. It’s beyond inefficient.
The worst part? The staff doing the printing spend 90% of their time chatting with each other and barely working. Watching them ignore the huge line of people waiting over an hour is honestly disrespectful and frustrating. It feels like they couldn’t care less about the customers.
The store has potential, but the way it’s run—especially the printing...

I visited the PSG boutique on June 6, 2025, and was extremely disappointed by the service. The cashier — a blonde, heavy-set woman — was shockingly rude and insulting throughout.
We spent €150 and bought two separate gifts. I simply asked for two bags, one for each gift, and she repeatedly refused in a very disrespectful tone. When I explained they were for different people, she replied, "You only think about yourself. Do whatever you want. I don't care."
At the end, she even threw my change on the floor.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a store representing such a big club. I left feeling truly...
