Solera Bar is hands down one of the best bars I have ever visited in Paris. The ambiance is simply breathtaking with its cozy atmosphere and warm lighting. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and attentive service. The staff here are truly exceptional and make you feel like a VIP.

The cocktails at Solera Bar are undoubtedly the star of the show. They are expertly crafted, unique and bursting with flavor. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and offer great suggestions based on your personal taste. You can tell that they put a lot of effort and passion into their drinks.

What sets Solera Bar apart from others is its attention to detail. The bar is immaculately clean, and the quality of the drinks is unparalleled. Additionally, the music selection is always on point and adds to the overall experience.

If there was one thing I could critique about Solera Bar, it would be the limited food options. While the bar snacks were tasty, a more extensive food menu would take the experience to another level.

This spot is amazing from beginning to end. The pageantry and presentation is unmatched. I have a favorite cocktail by which I measure the sophistication of a bar + they passed with flying colors.

Then I realized I lost my phone when I went to take a picture of my cocktail, which I never do. Louise overheard my peril and immediately jumped into action, speaking French with my professional companion in order to try to retrieve my phone from the ride share driver. She went above and beyond for 90 minutes to try to contact the app. and troubleshoot how to solve my issue. Amazing. I've been in hospitality and restaurants for over 20 years in the United States and I was so utterly overcome with gratitude for her level of customer service and authentic care for my situation. To the point when I asked her if I could leave her a review, she requested that in the review I let her know that I found my phone. Very interesting variety of signature cocktails but Alas! If only we COULD experience them. We booked a table for 10 people for a birthday celebration and upon arrival we were informed that our cocktails would not be served in their fancy cocktails glasses… which were essentially the reason AND the selling point for their €15+ price tags. Their explication was nowhere near logical or reasonable: even when we wanted to order just 2 cocktails, they wouldn’t serve them in their respective glasses (like how they were supposed to) but in a basic cup while charging us with the same price. Moreover, the service and the staff were cold and unwilling to cooperate when we brought up our issue.
