They are terrible in terms of coordination and every person you speak to gives you a different answer. I came to order a product and they were not sure if the delivery was possible. They told me they would get back to me, which they didn't. I needed to come again and chase them, and they told me they could deliver but I needed to pay. I told them I am leaving in 3 days and needed the product by then, which they claimed they would do so I paid. The product did not arrive, and the owner is not responding to the messages. Furthermore, their number on Google is not up to date and there was no sound reason I should have gone back for the third time in the first place.
