Patricia, Rebecca, Hadian & staff took such great care of us. An exceptional team of professionals you would find at a 5-star hotel truly made us feel at home. The front desk is attended 24hrs. For a first visit to Paris, the hotel was beyond our expectations. A true gem in the Latin Quarter. Spacious & beautifully decorated room. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub & rainfall shower. Plush robes & slippers. Soft & plentiful towels. Plush linens & bedding. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Maid service was exceptional. We stayed in room 202, Azay de Ridieu, with a seating balcony and view of St. Jacques church bell tower that tolled bells made for a very authentic experience. In front of the hotel entrance is a planned garden currently finishing up construction. No noise from the quiet street. Surprisingly, a large elevator could fit 5 pieces of luggage & ourselves inside comfortably. Nespresso machine we loved in the room. Everything you needed. A quiet, welcoming french boutique hotel with tasteful decor & comfortable sitting room w. small bar in the lobby . Lovely breakfast room. Excellent location with bus at the end of the street we used for direct access to Eiffle Tower & Louvre. A favorite place next to the hotel was Bistro Mauzac. Two great meals with friendly people & service, a charming owner & her resident maitre 'd, black cat 'Lou'. There are many lovely cafes & boulangerie nearby. Cafe Jozi for a delicious brunch a short walk near Pantheon. We highly recommend & would stay here again. Equis!

This hotel is absolutely lovely! Starting with Rebecca at the front desk, until she called the taxi for us (determining the time we would need it based on our flight time) and met us personally at the door to say goodbye. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here-with teens in tow- and the hotel made it so special for us. Upon checking in we found our room decorated with balloons, heart-shaped confetti and towels in the shape of swans. There were fresh cherries and a hand-written note! The balcony looked out on the Pantheon! A few minutes later we were brought a bottle of champagne. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Two bathrooms was ideal for us! (Tip, if you want to wash up two at a time, the jetted tub has a sprayer.) The walk to the train station was about two blocks. The Latin Quarter is a gorgeous section of Paris, with lovely cafes and beautiful buildings. It takes a bit longer to get to the Eiffel Tower etc, but it was worth it to be in a less busy neighborhood. There is a great patisserie around the corner from the hotel. Our teenager loves Emily in Paris and the main filming locations are a short walk (we did not eat in the cafe, it's supposed to be horrible), the fountain area is adorable. But the high-point of our stay was the balcony!!!!! What a view! We absolutely loved this hotel and are considering going back for our 30th anniversary! Thank you to all of the wonderful, accommodating staff!

This hotel is not a 4 Star Hotel. We paid 350$ a night and we got a Shoe Box Room the bed was right in front of the bathroom door. That’s how small this place was. The bathroom door was broken the wall paper was peeling the floor and walls were dirty. The shower would not stop dripping. I asked multiple times to have it checked and they did nothing. There was makeup stains in the bathtub and hair. The hotel said all they could do is give me a voucher for 200€ to use at their Hotel next time we stayed. Mind you the voucher is good for 1 year. I booked thru Booking.com and they were no help at all. I had the worst time in Paris because of the dripping noise I couldn’t sleep. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This hotel provides a peaceful and quiet oasis where you can rest and recoup after a day of fighting crowds and/or standing in line while sightseeing or shopping. It has a great location on a quiet street which is close enough to walk to the many small shops and restaurants moments away, or to the many historic sights elsewhere in the Latin Quarter. The rooms are tastefully decorated and by Parisian standards, of comfortable size. We were a party of three so we chose a suite which included two rooms and a balcony which provided a breathtaking view of the Pantheon. It is quite a lovely place to sit and relax after a long day of exploring the city. But it is the staff that actually deserves more stars than the five provided. The Manager personally greeted us, and we arrived in the room to find a lovely hand written note from her and some fresh flowers. There is no greater gesture to welcome you to a hotel. She also checked in on us periodically during our stay to ensure we were pleased with our accommodations. When a slight problem did come up, she handled it efficiently, fairly and competently. We stayed five nights and after our first breakfast, the kitchen manager knew where we liked to sit and that we liked American coffee, and she made sure we received it all through our stay. This trip could have turned out differently if not for the assistance of Stefania at the Front Desk. We have met a lot of helpful staff in our many travels, but Stefania ranks up there as the very best. Every day, she went above and beyond and took excellent care of our group, offered suggestions, printed maps, and recommended bus and subway information, always with a welcoming and friendly smile. Her assistance in a matter that came up was invaluable, and she continued to handle it until the situation was resolved in our favor, which was well after our stay was over. She truly cares about her guests and does everything she can to ensure your visit is a pleasant and memorable one. That kind of service is very rare, and we are so very grateful to her and so appreciative of all she did which resulted in our stay being a wonderful experience. We highly, highly recommend this hotel and the exceptional care they provide for their...

My daughter and I were guests for 4 nights. The street is lovely and just off a busier road so lovely and relatively quiet.. the rooms were clean and tasteful. The complimentary water bottle and kind notes were appreciated. Our bathroom looked updated to meet the room decor but immediately upon arrival we noticed the ceiling in the bathroom looked like there had been previous problems and temporary repair. The next afternoon we noticed dripping from the ceiling by the toilet , in front of the sink. We called to the front desk and a lovely staff said she would have someone look at it while we won't out for dinner.. our return found it not fixed but I called down to find they would have someone the next day. Through the night the dripping increased and the dripping noises on towels was a nuisance. In the morning we needed to cover the whole floor and using the facilities as the dripping had spread. We went out and returned. It had been corrected but the ceiling repair looked like a neater temporary repair. They confirmed it was fixed and offered nothing for the invonvience as guests. At our check out I asked if anything complimentary for the inconveniences caused to us ...and even asked if complimentary breakfast (it is extra for the stay,) might be available. The staff said No. After leaving my daughter shared she had been in the lobby earlier in the morning and heard another couple check out, and they too had their bathroom issue as we had. They seemed to be quite upset . What was concerning was that my daughter speaks French and overheard the 2 staff complaining about what transpired with the other couple. She felt that to be unprofessional.

The hotel is lovely. The repairs were fixed 24 hours later. The customer service in a challenging situation could...
