Our stay at the Veuve Clicquot hotel was nothing short of magical, and Gillian played an incredible role in making it a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such grace and enthusiasm—she truly is like a blooming flower in the heart of the house! Her captivating stories and in-depth knowledge made the entire journey through the world of Veuve Clicquot both fascinating and memorable. The champagne and food were exceptional, and we were completely overwhelmed by the sheer excellence of everything. The rooms were stunning, and the service was top-class, exceeding all our expectations.

We left feeling happier than we could have ever imagined, having experienced what we can only describe as a once-in-a-lifetime stay. Gillian is a true asset to the company, and we wish her all the best. We will cherish these memories forever!

Absolutely stunning in every way: service, hospitality, and setting. The rooms were beautiful and unique (and the bathrooms were even better: bright, spacious, and creatively designed). Dinner was delicious, starting with the delicate but tasty amuse bouches in the relaxing sitting room to the impressive paired courses in the dining room. The service was spot-on at every moment and the entire experience...

It's a stunning place and a real treat... The house of Veuve Clicquot, owned by LVMH. I was lucky to be hosted at Hotel du Marc for an amazing lunch which started with some canapes in the lounge followed by three-course lunch in the main dining room then coffee in the 'boys' room.
