ჩიტი — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I’ve been to both branches of this café. I’d like to share my experience specifically about the Vake location, and I hope the owner sees this and takes it into consideration.

The place is in a beautiful location, the garden area is very pleasant, and the food we tried was delicious. However, in terms of hygiene and service, it was extremely disappointing.

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Despite waiting for nearly 2 hours, the children’s pancakes still hadn’t arrived. We waited another half an hour and asked again, only to find out they hadn’t even started preparing them yet. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place again.

The high chairs and toys were extremely dirty — considering that children are playing with them, more attention should be paid to cleanliness.

The staff were not polite at all. We had to ask about our food multiple times, and only after insisting did they go and check. If we hadn’t asked, I guess we would’ve had to wait even longer. Место расположено очень красиво, садовая зона очень уютная, а еда, которую мы попробовали, была вкусной. Однако, с точки зрения гигиены и обслуживания, всё было крайне разочаровывающим.

Мы были группой из 4 взрослых и 2 детей. Несмотря на то что мы ждали почти 2 часа, блинчики для детей так и не принесли. Мы подождали ещё полчаса и спросили снова — оказалось, их даже не начали готовить. Из-за этого я больше не планирую посещать это место.

Детские стульчики и игрушки были очень грязные — учитывая, что с ними играют дети, необходимо уделять больше внимания чистоте.

Персонал был совсем не вежлив. Нам пришлось несколько раз спрашивать про нашу еду, и только после настойчивых просьб они пошли проверить. Если бы мы не спрашивали, наверное, пришлось бы ждать ещё дольше.

Bu kafenin her iki şubesini de ziyaret ettim. Özellikle Vake bölgesindeki şube hakkında deneyimimi paylaşmak istiyorum ve umarım işletme sahibi bunu görür ve dikkate alır.

Mekân çok güzel bir konumda yer alıyor, bahçe alanı oldukça keyifliydi ve denediğimiz yemekler lezzetliydi. Ancak, hijyen ve hizmet açısından her şey son derece hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

Biz 4 yetişkin ve 2 çocukluk bir gruptuk. Neredeyse 2 saat beklememize rağmen çocuklara ait pankekler hâlâ gelmemişti. Yarım saat daha bekleyip tekrar sorduğumuzda ise henüz hazırlanmaya bile başlanmamış olduğunu öğrendik. Bu nedenle bu mekanı tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Mama sandalyeleri ve oyuncaklar çok kirliydi — çocukların bunlarla oynadığı düşünülürse, temizlik konusunda çok daha fazla özen gösterilmesi gerekiyor.

Personel hiç nazik değildi. Yemeklerimizi birkaç kez sormak zorunda kaldık ve ancak ısrarla rica ettikten sonra kontrol etmeye gittiler. Sormasaydık muhtemelen daha da uzun süre beklemek...
