Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Dortmund

I've visited this KFC branch several times, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it keeps falling short. The food has consistently been served cold, and the French fries are often overcooked, with burnt.

What’s even more concerning is the lack of cleanliness in the dining area. Tables are frequently left dirty, chairs and floors are covered in crumbs and trash, and the overall environment feels unkempt and unpleasant for dining. It seems like basic hygiene and maintenance are not a priority at this location.

For a restaurant situated inside the main train station of a major city, the quality of both food and service is extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes notice and takes immediate steps to improve hygiene, food quality, and customer care.

Until then, I can not recommend this...

This KFC is the dirtiest KFC I have visited in my life.Whole space is filthy with no cleaning happening regularly.The person who is on the billing counter cleans floor and without washing hands is back to serve food at counter.

The staff when you ask for few clarification is extremely rude and don't want to answer even basic questions.

The worst service ever! They gave me my meal without the chicken leg and told me to wait 3–4 minutes. The lady said she would bring it to my table, but instead, after 10 minutes, she just waved at me to come to her. I didn’t even receive a small apology or any kind of compensation for waiting more than 10 minutes. And seriously — how can a KFC not have a chicken leg ready? It’s the core item of their menu! Absolutely...
