Very bad management. Unfortunately have several bad experiences with their management. First, we actually wanted to celebrate our daughter's birthday party since it stated in their website that they have a program for kids' birthday party. The information was unclear and the staffs are difficult to be reached.
I tried then asking directly at the info desk. She said she did not know anything about that and gave the contact person that could not be contacted.
I have tried then to registered online via their website. After some weeks I got the reply. We almost there with the detail until suddenly they cancel the event saying that they do not have enough personal to be in charge for the event.
The cancellation of events were not the first and only one we got. Some tours and programs they held were also canceled without notifications and no one available to be contacted.
Last week with my daughters we were also visited the museum for a tour program exhibition. Again the person in charge was not showing up. The staffs there only said that they work independently and non coordinated.
The most terrifying experience when our daughters participated painting programs and left their paintings in the museum because it was still wet. The person in charge said we can pick it up later. I also asked when I could come to pick up and she said I can do it anytime.
I got then an email address to be contacted but when I sent an emall it was not sent and the address was inactive email.
I have asked directly to the info desk and the personal in the museum when I said I want to pick up our daughters' paintings. They did not have any ideas and the staff was very unkind.
After long time trying I just sent email from the website and got shockingly answer. The paintings are gone. I did not know whether they just destroy it and put it in the garbage. It was very sad news for our 6 and 8...
Read moreVisiting the St. Annen Museum Quarter was an enriching experience that allowed me to dive deep into Lübeck's captivating history and culture. The beautifully curated museums, each with its own unique focus, provided a comprehensive journey through time. From the fascinating St. Annen Museum showcasing the city's medieval origins to the captivating displays of art and nature at the other museums, I was truly immersed in the charm of Lübeck. The Behnhaus Drägerhaus art museum was a personal favorite, offering a delightful collection of 17th and 18th-century artworks. The knowledgeable staff and well-preserved exhibits made my visit memorable. If you're in Lübeck, the St. Annen Museum Quarter is a must-visit for anyone seeking to explore the heart and soul of this...
