Döner — Attraction in Munich

Terrible service (first time in München and I don't speak good German) I went here to have lunch and was yelled at for being too slow with my order, after 2 minutes. When I asked for an order of fries, or pommes frites, the lady said "not possible, should've ordered before", so even though I spend 25mins here eating and paid in cash, they wouldn't sell me the fries. Also, I asked for a dürum and they gave me a döner. They have zero patience, their food doesn't make up for the lame service....

Total BS Döner, sold veil and knowingly gave turkey. After complaint still insists that it was not fraud, but jokes in Turkish about the foolish customer. If the screw over their customer over simple choice of meat, god knows what other "funny" ingredients they use.. never again, especially since there are so many better alternatives in Munich or...

The food is good but I don't like it when a tip is taken without asking me for it (that is, my change is not returned to me because they kept it as a tip even though I didn't say I was offering a tip), and it's taken for a takeaway order. Wrong in...
