This is one of the best attractions in Glasgow! We used to go for night walks along the river and enjoyed the view but decided to give this a try in summer. Although a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth a visit atleast once. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. I have a slight fear of heights and was having second thoughts in the elevator but the then I found myself mesmerised in the views and fear was gone! It's amazing to be so high up that you can see the entire city almost! Family liked it too and we got our certificates on the way out!!

It was a bit tricky to find the entrance but it was a great experience. You can have a nice birds eye view of the city. Plus, our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and the area. It's only 9.5 pounds (around $13) but you get to be at the 2nd tallest structure in Glasgow and have an awesome city view as far as the mountain ranges. I recommend it for sure. Note that they are weather dependant so if it's raining or windy they will be closed. So, better check the weather before confirming your visit. Do not recommend pre-booking.

Good, enjoyed it, but not great. Conveniently located next to science centre, but because of that it only goes to the towers height from the river level. I've seen towers like this usually located on some elevation compared to city centre, which would be easily done with Glasgows elevation differences - the view could be way better at even half the current hight of the tower itself.

Great place for a day out and would highly recommend this to you and your family or friends 👍 it's especially nice in the summer when the sun is shining as the brease from the Clyde offers a really nice refreshing coolness to the area so it doesn't become to uncomfortable in the heat !

There is lovely places to see along the riverbank including the views from the tower itself which is magnificent my battery wasn't on enough charge so I couldn't take a video of the spectacle which is one...

We visited here yesterday during the bank holiday but the place was mobbed.

There wasnt even enough space in the carpark yet were still given a ticket to try and find a space.

There was plenty to do but it was next to impossible to see most of it because people were pushing in everywhere.

There should be better control of how many people are allowed in at one time and how long you get to spend at one section.

There was hardly any staff about as well to keep an eye on things.

It was...

its a free standing tower balanced on a single point . you can book discounted science center tickets in advance and see if the weather is alright to go onto the tower itself . serviced by lifts and in case of high winds , you ll need to get down the stairs.

the entry to the tower is on the left hand side of the cafe. volunteers are very helpful and informative. it is best to take a toilet break and postpone lunch if you are scared of heights. the tower sways ever so gently , you can only...
