Horrible day I was wanting a quick bite to eat and I got terrible looks from staff I also was trying to order a drink but got told there was no kegs only overpriced bars juice , I ordered a burger with lettuce and cheese and got charged extra for the cheese on top of the overpriced burger I couldn’t find a seat beacuse of all the g4s security sat with bottled water and chatting the manager was very rude I asked for a napkin and was told go to the red thing and was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the tables, all sticky and food on the seats and floor , I went to take a seat up at the end of the restaurant, the waitress told me I had to move because apparently it was fully booked however there was 12 tables empty. Once I managed to find my manky table I saw the staff looking at me and giggling, when I was leaving I saw the chefs smoking cigarettes with no jackets so I can only wonder about the hygiene in that place. Won’t be going back. Got my wife to take a foto of me at the manky tables.

Visited here before a gig and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The pizzas were decent, or at least more decent than we were expecting. The servers were all really cheery and seemed happy to be at work (not often I can say this!). The prices are very inflated because of the location, but it’s the same with anywhere in a place like this. £7 for a pint of Dark Fruits is a lot, but what else are you going to do? Other downside is that they stopped serving drinks at 8:15, even though we were keen for another one, and it could do with some signage to indicate the entrance and bar/restaurant split if you’re a first time visitor. Also, we tried two tables and they were both wobbly. You could do a lot worse for pre-gig dinner and drinks!

We attended OHBM and went for lunch to CLYDEBUILT; Service and food are below any expectation. We order 2 chicken tika masala and after more than 30 minute we got one. The waiter told us he bring the next one at once but 10 minutes later he was still not back. We asked to another and he came back that there was only 1 ordered, but we were two at bar when ordered. So we asked another Tika but that was not available anymore, so we got a salad with boiled chicken on it without any dressing (see below picture). Was not eatable. The days after we went to other place.

A catalogue of errors.....

I turned up at lunchtime with my family prior to the Paw Patrol event at the SEC armadillo and was expecting regular pub food as per the reviews.

The main area did not have any high chairs which wasnt a problem so went towards tge family area where we were informed that we had to go to the main area as they were only accepting reservations due to an incident. Again no isaues at this stage but I asked for a highchair and was told there should be plenty through in the main area. I informed them, there were not so picked up one and took it through (3 members of staff did not offer assistance whilst I carried my son under my other arm)

I then went to place my order at the bar not realising it was 11:55 and that orders should be taken at 12:00 so was asked to come back in 5 minutes. By the time I turned round and got halfway to my seat they had taken the order of tge familt behind me.... The only saving grace was the server I did get was efficient and friendly but again when the food turned up it was over-priced greasy and not a vegetable in sight.

I don't usually write reviews but had to as this was the worst food I have...

Visited whilst going to see prof Brian Cox at hydro. Had eaten here few years previous and enjoyed.checked on line menu before making a seating reservation as have a food intolerance. On arrival menu was not same as that on line. Waitress acknowledged this is a problem and did not know why it does not sync with that presented (so be aware of this)on line it did not suggest it was a sample menu either. waitress said it appears to have been the practice for some time quite bizarre, This limited the choice which was minimal anyways. I chose the burger which is something I would never usual chose had to return the Fry's which were luke warm on arrival, but remedied quickly. Husband chose pizza only because of lack of choice, this order was presented wrong but quickly replaced by correct choice and complimentary drink given to him as an apology. Overall staff were very friendly and attentive to us.not sure we would eat here again though due to not knowing menu before hand and limited choice.not the most reasonablist of prices especially when you don't get what you thought you were going to have! We were left a bit disappointed but...

We went here before a show in the auditorium next door, we pre booked on line but was very quiet as it was midweek. Fish and chips £13 was a joke very very small portion size looked like a slightly bigger fish finger to me, I asked wheres the rest of it and was told it was normal portion size. (Better quality in the hydro food stalls, £8) The chicken burger and chips £16 was a much better size, still relatively expensive for what you got though. We passed on dessert as felt short changed with the food. Asked about cocktails but it's the rubbish eden mill cocktail cans for £7.50 each, so gave it a miss. Most annoying thing was that after we had ate we noticed the vinegar was 6 months out of date, which is unacceptable, and the sauce bottles could do with being cleaned regular, very messy and a magnet for infection. As it was very quiet there is no reason why staff couldn't be on doing this, it made us wonder what it is like behind the scenes, did mention it before we left. Overall, nice setting, but very overpriced and...
