Firi Firi — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

I’m deeply disappointed with the service at Firi Firi. The experience was completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that the staff has become unfriendly and unprofessional. When we arrived to place a takeaway order, the lady at the computer was supposedly taking orders, but it seemed like she was more interested in gossiping on the phone. Despite clearly seeing us, she didn’t acknowledge our presence at all.

After waiting an unnecessarily long time, a younger colleague finally approached us. He seemed moody and uninterested, which set a negative tone right away. When my partner began to order his usual custom burger, we were rudely informed that we could only order from the menu. This was shocking because we’ve always been able to customize our orders without any issue before. What has changed?

To make matters worse, the staff was visibly arguing among themselves. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming, which only added to our frustration. We used to love this place, but with the way we were treated today, it’s safe to say we won’t be coming back. The poor service and bad attitudes have completely ruined what was once a favorite...

Me and my partner arrived at our hotel late, wasn't expecting to find anywhere open by the time we checked in, we had a little walk towards old town just incase and found this place. We were tired and weren't dressed up to go to a restaurant. The young gentleman that served us explained the menu as there was nothing in English. We had a burger with fries each. Came to about £17 euros including a can of coke. The food, particularly the burger was very flavoursome, smokey taste and a really nice bit of salad and sauce on it. Tbf I was full after the burger but ended up eating the majority of the fries. We took this back to our hotel to eat outside.Pleasant...

No POS for several months now!!

The burger and country potatoes are great when it comes to taste. Recently they raised their prices higher but at the same time they also started putting less potatoes per burger. Also removed some stuff from the menu and didn't update it on time so we had issues with paying the delivery guy. All in all, the food is great but from buying almost once a week, I'll probably switch to once per month at best.
