If you enjoy history even a bit, take the time (30 min) to visit. QR codes on the stands of most of the artifacts take you to an explanation of the piece (free wifi available!) The museum doesn’t contextualize the history that much. The selection is mostly vases and clay drinking vessels. There are some more interesting pieces though like a few early pottery pieces representing bulls. I learned about the psi/phi/tau shapes of early depictions of people.

It's such a shame to not have any of the treasures and frescos found in Filakopi in this museum (everything is in the Archaeological Museum of Athens), or at least copies.
