Budapest Kongresszusi Központ — Attraction in Budapest

Great venue, that is located in the middle of a nice park in Buda. There is a parking lot, seats are comfy and overall the place is spacious and modern. Staff is also professional and efficient. Would easily be 5stars if not for below.

One person at the drinks stand is not cool though. Furthermore one of the events we attended used this thing called Yondr pouch (basically a phone-prison, to deny phone access to guests). After purchasing expensive tickets for an event, we are being treated like kids is utterly ridiculous. This is disrespectful to guests and in general an unnecessary inconvenience that left a bad aftertaste. Restrictions like this is not the way forward.

Being advised to print our tickets and bring cash because of this wonderful invention...

We recently attended a superb movie music concert at this congress center, and the performance was absolutely outstanding! The acoustics were excellent, and the atmosphere added a lot to the experience.

However, the parking situation and infrastructure around the building were far from ideal. It was chaotic and poorly organized, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress before the event. Improving the parking facilities and access routes would make the overall experience much more enjoyable.

Despite this, the concert itself was fantastic, and I would consider returning for future events—but I hope the logistical issues are...

The auditorium is good but all the rest not that great.Especilally the parking facility is a disaster!!! I got there by public transport but those who came by car totally ruined the end of the really nice concert because they've been so anxious about getting to their cars that they left the show earlier!!!!
