In our room, number 2605: • The wardrobe door doesn’t work, it’s stuck. • The shower door is broken off. • The sink is clogged. • But above all, the worst was the air conditioning. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in years, as it made the room smell very unpleasant. Moreover, it couldn’t cool the room at all.

The terrace is small and outdated, with an ugly iron railing covered by a metal plate. Even though it’s on the sixth floor, you can’t enjoy the view because all you see is the worn-out metal plate – unless you’re standing.

On Saturday, the garden cinema operated at such a high volume until 11:00 PM, followed by loud music, that it was impossible to sleep or even watch your own movie in the room, even with all doors and windows closed. I do not recommend staying here on weekends if you’re looking to rest.

It is sad to see a hotel with such a great location, good facilities, and bathing opportunities being operated this way. I do not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a carefree and relaxing stay.

Great relaxing stay at the hotel, so I highly recommend if you need to refresh. Our stay was for 3 nights.

The hotel is mainly for adults. Staff is very supportive. Parking is available at the hotel, you don't need to reserve prior to your arrival. There is relaxing music played around the hotel area.

Except using welness and spa, there are organized different activities such as pool fitness and music evenings. The guitar performance was really really amazing.

The hotel has two sections. One with beauty and spa procedures, with a section with 2 mineral pools, 2 hot tubes. To the second section you need to go through the hotel. The second is with a 25m long swimming pool, massage warm pool, outside warm pool with water massage areas you need to turn on by yourself, sauna world with daily sauna rituals. Sauna world is small but enough. Having 3 sauna types, tepidarium, cold pool. There is also a sauna space with swimmsuits. Salt sauna is available upon order at medical reception. Don't forget to take your room card needed to enter the swim/sauna area. You can dry your swimsuit in a dryer when leaving both sections.

We did have massage within stay, it was really wonderful. The massage center is right behind reception at the Platan bar. You can order additional massage at medical reception. Any other medical treatment needs to be reviewed and approved by the doctor. You would need to pay additional cost for doctor checkin, which was the only thing we don't like, especially if your stay is short. But we understand the need for any complications check.
