One of the worst experiences I ever had in my whole life. I purchased a cycle for my three year old kid. In just two days the rear wheel was horribly struck and the tyre wobbles. I took it to the shop and the cashier guy who I dont think has been given proper training on customer service whatsoever , gave me one of the worlds most ridiculous answer, he said that all the cycles in the showroom with thick wheels are wobbly and it is not a problem. Another complaint I said when the pedal is rotated backwards it was too tight, he again says we are not supposed to pedal backwards. Do you think this is how they respond to a customer. He seems to never take any responsibility for what ever happens. He was trying to push it on my side that we may not have applied the brake properly. I purchased my old adults cycle many years back when it was Track and Trails. There was a different person at that time. Donno what has changed but it has gone worse. , if they are not interested to serve customer then better find a business where they dont have to interact with any customer. I totally dont recommend this place for any reason. you will have a very bitter after sales experience , I guarantee. choose a better place and take videos of the product when it is new so that we dont have to waste our time explaining someone who is not ready to help. Update : You have missed one most important point of all which is the customer experience. You just dont want customers to come back with problems, you cannot accept the fact that there would be problems post selling the product. All the customers want is a good working condition product for which they have paid. And it has been only two days. Instead you ask the customer to live with the wobbling tyres and provide a pointless and silly answer that all the tyres in the showroom are wobbling. The customers who read this review will understand better. I rest my case....
Read moreOne of the worst shops I've ever been to. They overcharge for everything, and the staff is incredibly rude. I was charged ₹1450 just for basic servicing, and that didn't even include the cost of brake wire, oil, or bearings! It’s absurd and feels like a complete rip-off. Definitely won’t be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
response:- It’s disappointing that instead of addressing the real issue, the store is choosing to attack me personally. Let me clarify: I visited to get my Bergamont bike serviced and was shocked to find that they were charging ₹1450 for basic servicing, excluding key components like brake wires, oil, and bearings! When I asked for clarification, the staff were rude and defensive, which is why I decided to record the interaction — not for 'entertainment,' but to document the experience.
It's absurd to be criticized for wanting transparency. I have serviced my bike in Mysore for ₹800 with far better professionalism and honesty. The prices here are inflated, and despite being told of the charges, the added exclusions for necessary parts like the fork servicing and brake bleeding are just unfair practices meant to hike up the price.
Instead of handling this like a reputable business and addressing my concerns, you’ve resorted to name-calling and excuses. Your response makes it clear how you treat customers who simply ask for fair pricing and good service. Beware to anyone considering this place — there's no respect for the...

I bought a MONTRA DOWNTOWN in Apr 2023. From Day 1, I observed noticeable sounds while riding and screeching sound while braking (almost like we hear from large vehicles).
I recorded videos and shared the same with Naveen (store manager) on WhatsApp who listened patiently and asked me to drop the cycle at their Bellandur store.
After 8-10 days, I received a call that I can come to collect my cycle. When I went there, I was surprised to see that cycle was in a poorer condition than how I had given it. When I took a test ride, it seemed the issue still existed.
On calling Naveen, he was busy and did not respond. I had no option but just to carry back the noise-making cycle.
I feel that SERVICE is as important as the PRODUCT. Seems like they have outsourced servicing to some third party “Pragmatic Services” and Track & Trail or Montra don’t seem to bother about this third party is performing. Other vendors such as Decathlon are better in this regard.
I am almost stuck at a sub-par product even after paying 20K...
