Dropped by this new healthy café located right above Burma Burma in Indiranagar. I’d seen a couple of videos floating around on Instagram and happened to be in the area, so figured I’d stop by and try a salad.

The place has a nice, clean vibe — bright, minimalistic interiors and a generally calm atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive, and the live salad bar looked fresh and hygienic, which is always reassuring when it comes to raw veggies and chicken.

They’ve picked a smart location too — it’s directly opposite one of the more popular gyms in the area, so definitely makes sense as a go-to post-workout spot for people looking for a protein-rich meal or a clean quinoa bowl.

I tried their Spicy Korean Chicken Salad. It had all the right elements — lettuce, pickled cucumbers, sprouts, roasted peanuts, cashews, and grilled chicken. While the salad tasted alright overall, it definitely wasn’t “spicy” in any sense, especially for something branded as Korean spicy. I even asked the staff if they could turn up the heat, but they mentioned the portions are pre-prepped and can’t be altered. That was a bit of a letdown.

Pricing-wise, the salad came to about ₹400 with taxes. For what it was, I personally wouldn’t be too keen on paying that much again — but I get that the location and the target audience probably make it sustainable for them. It’s not a bad place, just not one I’d rush back to.

All in all, it’s a decent option if you’re specifically looking to eat clean. They also have paninis and rolls, which I didn’t try. For me, it was a good one-time visit to satisfy my curiosity, but probably not a...

I'm generally not an eat-out person - prefer self cooked food, and am very choosy about where to eat out if I have to. I had been temporarily staying in Indiranagar the past week without kitchen access. I had most of my meals here. This is a very excellent place. The food is so fresh, healthy and very yummy. They even have a specially designed gluten-free,dairy-free salad for sensitive guts. When dining in-house, the staff quickly understand and take care if you want to swap one or two ingredients in a salad. The staff's courtesy, customer-care, personal responsibility and communication skills are really impeccable. The take-aways stay just as fresh atleast for hours. They have natural, eco-friendly packaging for take-aways. They don't use microwave. Thank you Harvest Salad staff for covering my stay here with healthy, tasty and courteously served meals! This will definitely be my first choice if I come around...

This spot brings a balance of fresh, clean food and bold flavors. I love how they prepare everything right in front of you, making the experience even better. I started with their Seoul Korean Salad, which was crunchy and tangy with that perfect gochujang kick. The Chili Oil Udon Noodles were warm, spicy, and full of flavour. I had a Mango & Kale Smoothie that was really yum and I ordered a second one. The star of the meal, though, was the Street-Style Avocado Chicken Panini. The Creamy Mushroom Open Toast was also a hit, and I wrapped everything up with a smooth cappuccino. Overall, a solid place for anyone who loves fresh, flavorful, and healthy-ish food. Prices are a little on the higher side but I’d definitely recommend giving them a try!

The cafe is relatively small with a modest interior nothing particularly standout, but clean and functional. The food quality is quite good, and the service is courteous and attentive. However, the pricing feels a bit on the higher side considering the overall experience. One notable downside is the wait time for food, which tends to be around 20 minutes longer than expected for most dishes. Additionally, the lack of a dedicated washroom is inconvenient, as the facility is shared with other vendors and often requires waiting. Overall, it’s a decent place for a tasty and healthier meal, but there are a few areas that could be improved to justify the cost and enhance the overall experience.
